The property itself was perfect and the hosts were very communicative and accomodating.

The views were priceless. The location was perfect. The host was very responsive when we had a question. The house was very well stocked with amenities (hand soap, lotion, washing machine pods, fans, laundry baskets, etc). Had 2 nicer beach chairs and 2 small, very basic chairs. Would recommend they get at least 2 more adjustable, nicer beach chairs.

We had great time for three families staying in the house. The location is great for beach dinners and shopping. The property manager is very friendly responsive. Also heated swimming pool is clean nice perfect for baby and kids.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Deja Blue. The property was as described, clean, well maintained, conveniently located - perfect for families. Checking in and out were easy with electronic keypads. We were six adults and one toddler. The pool was beautifully maintained as well. Beach was short three block walk with many restaurants, coffee shops, beach supply stores in between. (Caution, part of the walk has no sidewalks). A pleasant surprise was a garage stocked with many pool and beach toys, beach chairs, and a wagon to get it all there.
Some events we enjoyed were a dolphin cruise with Fins Up Cruises - dinners at the Columbia in Sand Key and Palm Pavilion in Clearwater. Also, ice cream at Ice and Cream and pizza from Kings Pizza.
Although I love my beach view normally on vacation, this property has a beautiful waterside view on a very nice street. We even saw dolphins in the inlet from the balcony.
Minor inconveniences were a small hall bath for the two bedrooms upstairs and not enough trash bags, toilet paper and laundry detergent pods; but when we contacted the rental property for more they were quick to respond.

The house was great - great location, clean, up to date, accommodating for a large family. Seaside Property Shoppe people were very helpful, attentive, and seemed concerned that our experience was top notch.

We rented Seas My Love for our Spring Break vacation, and we really enjoyed the home. Unlike many new vacation rentals, it felt like they spared no expense on the finishes throughout. The kitchen and appliances were luxurious, with built-ins, impressive flooring and railings, and many more upgrades throughout. The elevator was helpful for bringing up our luggage and groceries. We used the gas grill multiple times during our stay, and it worked well. The heated pool was clutch as the weather was colder than we anticipated in March, so at least being able to swim was important for our kids. The house is stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, and all kinds of toys, so you'll have everything you need for hanging out on the beach. For the cons, the wifi was great throughout most of the house, but my wife and I did have trouble in the 2nd floor primary suite which is a far corner of the house. Both our phones and our TV in the room struggled with connection at times. I also feel like the TV's could be upgraded at some point, as the Samsung interface is clunky and not as good as others.
Overall, we loved our vacation. We intend to come back again in the future.

Our family of 12, Parents, kids and grandkids, had an amazing week at Seas My Love. Location is perfect right on the beach. New home, very clean, well stocked/appointed especially the kitchen. Had a chef come 4 of 7 nights and prepare meals, kitchen perfect for private chef preparation. Property Manager Taylor was avail 24/7 with any questions or to address any needs. Restaurants and bars within 1-5 block walk. Coco’s Crush bar across the street. TJ’s Italian 5 blocks, the Grove coffee Shoppe/ bakery. Home exceeded expectations. Looking forward to returning next year.

Seas My Love is perfectly situated and maintained by Sharon and her team! The house is clean and well stocked with extra supplies. Walked on the beach and in the neighborhood. Ate at nearby Guppy's, Keegans, Coco, and the grill/pastry shop. The Seaside Property team managed a text daily and answered questions and replied quickly.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this gorgeous beachside rental! The house is incredibly spacious—perfect for our group of 8 adults and 3 kids—with room for everyone to relax comfortably. Every amenity you could possibly need is provided, making it feel like a home away from home. The pool right on the beach was a huge hit with both the kids and adults, and the elevator made moving between floors effortless. The host was extremely responsive and helpful, ensuring our stay went smoothly from start to finish. We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation spot and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a luxurious, relaxing beach getaway!

Our family (ages 2 to 78!) had the most incredible vacation at this stunning beach house. It truly had everything we could possibly need and more. The interior design was absolutely gorgeous—thoughtfully laid out with a great use of space, and decorated with such style and care. Every room felt welcoming and luxurious.

The kitchen was a dream—fully equipped with everything we needed to cook meals for a large group, which made it easy and enjoyable to stay in and dine together.

You really can’t beat the location. Our young kids loved the freedom to go back and forth between the beach and the private pool with ease—such a rare and wonderful setup for families.

On top of that, the management team was fantastic—responsive, helpful, and a pleasure to work with from start to finish.

We’ve rented many vacation homes throughout the U.S. and internationally, and this one might just be our favorite. Highly, highly recommended—we’re already talking about coming back!

This home is exceptional! It's hard to imagine anyone being disappointed with it's impeccable interior design and 5 star location! I don't think any expense was spared for the furnishings inside. The pool, hot tub, garage doors, coffee makers, charging stations etc. worked with no hiccups whatsoever. Because the house is so new, all of the furniture was brand new, stunning, and comfortable! We loved every aspect of our stay here and strongly recommend it to others.

This house is beautiful and in the best location. It had EVERYTHING we needed and more. The pool was our favorite hangout which is steps away from the beach. We could not have asked for a better experience for our families! We will definitely be back to this lovely home.

This was the best beach house I have ever rented! The house is beautiful and spacious. The furnishings are comfortable and the bedding is high quality as are the plentiful towels. The kitchen is really well stocked and the garage is full of beach toys and chairs.
The best feature is the closeness to the perfect beach. The children could transition from house to pool to beach effortlessly, which is very rare! I hope to return

From the moment we booked until we left the communication with the Property Shoppe team was impeccable! We had some small issues and they were there to fix them immediately!
But the house was absolutely beautiful! Every detail was stunning and was perfect for our family! The pool was incredible and to be able to just walk out to the beach was amazing! Every detail was high end right down to the linens! I cannot recommend this house enough! It was perfect!

My husband and I rented this unit to spend some quality time with my father-in-law who has mobility issues, before he has a major procedure at the end of the month, and we couldn't have been more pleased. The one-story layout made it easy for him to get around, and the minimal steps down to the dock, where they fished their hearts away were manageable because he was able to use the fence line for stability as he navigated the stairs. It took us a while to physically get in to the unit, because the lock is managed by Wi-Fi, and the internet in the area was unfortunately down, however this is no fault of the property management company or owners, so this does not reflect negatively on our stay or this review. Everything we needed was less than a 15-mile radius, so "getting more bait" was never a project, which I know the guys really appreciated. While there are a lot of signs in the neighborhood that read "Homes not Hotels," we found that the neighbor to the left of the property was very cordial and enjoyed daily conversation. The only negatives I would say, is that there is not a ladder off the dock. I was concerned that if he fell in, my FIL would have had to try to swim to the neighboring dock to use their ladder, and 2 of the 4 lounge chairs provided, were so rusted out, that one basically fell apart when we tried to adjust the back, and the other would collapse if we sat in it. We absolutely LOVED the sun shelf in the pool, the layout of the home, and the dock. The home was also well stocked, and the management company was very quick to respond to any questions we had during our stay. We would definitely stay in this unit again.

This property met all of our expectations. The interior of the house was beautiful, clean and spacious. The outdoor patio was very nice with amazing views of the bay. Pool was perfect for light swimming and providing a cool break from the Florida heat. Kitchen had everything we needed and the bedrooms were comfortable and clean. Great location too! Only a few minutes from public beach access in Indian Rocks and a 15-20 min drive to Clearwater as well. The only slight negatives is that the pergola out back had no coverage from the sun and the outdoor fans were not installed. Minor issue but would have helped provide some slight relief for the sun/heat. Otherwise an amazing stay and highly reccomend.

Communication was outstanding. House is perfect for a family and close to beach, shopping and great food. We appreciated the extras like, beach towels, beach chairs and buggy. When you fly you can't being these with you and it great to have them available!

We vacationed with family including two grands ages 4 and 6. The house was very nice, clean and cozy. There were some adds like laundry pods, paper towels and garbage bags which was a nice touch and saved us from buying those things. I don’t think we traveled more than 6 miles to get anywhere big and plenty right around the house. The pool is smaller but was fine. The patio could use some sprucing up but didn’t take away from our stay. beautiful views from the patio and we saw dolphins right off the deck. Pier 60 is fun and not far from the house. Beach is very close by and parking was not a problem. Management company was engaged and checked in. All in all nice place and so wouldcrecvomend.

The house and view were beautiful! We vacationed with our extended family including my elderly father. The reclining furniture was so convenient for him as his mobility is limited. The dock was great for fishing. We lost count of how many fish we caught. So fun! The layout is great for large groups with several areas to gather. The back area was perfect for morning coffee. The pool is perfect also for evening swims. I was a little worried about not being on the Gulf but, honestly, this view was exceptional. The bedrooms were comfortable and bathrooms were updated and beautiful. A few small suggestions: there were only bedside lamps in the master suite. It would be nice to have bedside lamps in all 3 rooms. Also some hooks on the back of the bathroom doors and more towel racks would also be great. Other than that, the property was perfect! We would definitely return and surely hope we can!

Love the location and would rent again

The home was very clean on arrival. There were plenty of pool towels to use at the pool. We appreciated the beach chairs and wagon to use on the beach! The pool was clean and we enjoyed fishing off the dock! The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing! We had 7 adults. The only comment I will make as a heads up for an adult guest is the queen mattress that was on the pullout couch was extremely uncomfortable. I would deem it pretty much unusable. As a result we had two 6 foot 3 people trying to sleep in two double beds. Not ideal. Overall though, a wonderful vacation home. The management company was VERY prompt and responsive. In 20 years of renting homes, they had the best response time.

The house was overall great! One complaint is they guaranteed the pool to be heated to 80 (which I think was the agreed temp) however the homeowner turned the heat on at noon day of arrival. It took 3 days to heat up so unfortunately we weren’t able to use the pool as much as we intended with the kids. Location is very quiet so glad we rented a car and traveled to beaches, restaurants etc! Our family likes entertainment so we just had to go find the happenings. It is a beautiful view to enjoy your morning coffee & or evening night cap. Husband and kids fished off the dock. All in All our family loves FL so we enjoyed our week in October!

Our family had a great vacation in this house. It was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The decor and furniture is very tasteful and of a high standard. We found the kitchen was well equipped for our needs. The outside area, including the pool, was also very well maintained. Sharon the manager was exceptional and professional, and provided excellent customer service. We would have no hesitation in using The Seaside Property Shoppe again and I would highly recommend the property to anybody wishing to stay in that area.

When we first arrived we discovered the kitchen and living areas were dirty as well as the pool. We were informed (after reaching out) that the pool filter was putting out sediment but it was completely safe. The management company sent out another cleaner on Sunday for the living areas, which we were grateful for, but the pool remained dirty. The pool repair company showed up on Thursday afternoon, took one look at the pool and said “that’s pretty dirty” and proceeded to replace the filter (not working properly). We had a clean pool for one day of our trip. I realize that this is out of the management’s hands but was extremely disappointing after paying so much to rent the house and dealing with record high heat last week. The patio table is incredibly cheap and missing a chair. It only rained once all week, but it also rained in the house because there are two spots of water damage in the house that haven’t been taken care of, one of which streams in water from the ceiling to the floor (I have video). The house is not well maintained by the owners (weeds and landscape included). The Nest alarm also went off upon entry one night and never shut off, (extremely loud) we had to unplug it, wrap it in towels and put it in a cooler in the garage. However, the master bedroom shower is fantastic. The rest of our stay was uneventful and in the end it’s not where you are but who you’re with. We made the best of it. The location is good, beach is pretty. The management company is responsive as well.

We took our family of 9 in June and had a great time. This is a beautiful home in Indian Rocks Beach. The house was very clean and spacious. The kids had plenty to do. The pool looks smaller in the pictures than what it is. It is perfect for cooling down and relaxing. It was great having the dock in the back to look out and see the water and fish off the dock. There are tennis/pickleball courts close by that we played at, and we found there were 6 additional pickle ball courts up on 16th street that were lighted. We rented bikes to get around. We rode our bikes to the beach. It was probably a 7 minute bike ride which wasn't bad at all. Renting a golf cart was an option but we decided to just bike and it was fine. There are several houses in the neighborhood that had signs in their yard against short term rentals. This didn't affect us in any way and everyone was friendly but it did give you a slight sense of feeling unwelcome just seeing the signs.

We found lots of great restaurants in the area and only had one we wouldn't recommend. As far as our recommendations many of us had our best meal at TJ's Italian Cafe. Highly recommend. Also, check out the restaurant Seaweed, particularly if you like sushi. We also loved the Salt Shack on the Bay. This is has a really awesome view of the bay and the food was excellent as well. DJ's Clam Shack was also a favorite place of ours. It's not fancy, but it has really good food. We liked the shrimp and lobster roll. We went to Clearwater one day and ate at Crabby's dockside which was really good. For ice cream we found Tropical Ice Cream and Coffee. They have tons of flavors to choose from and serve really good portions. Really good ice cream. If you like miniature golf check out Smugglers Cove. The have really unique holes and you can feed alligators.

Lovely home and terrific area. Indian Rocks Beach (IRB) area was terrific, with this home having a lovely northerly view over the water. Home is also close to beaches of IRB. Home nicely appointed and allows for stay at home dining including food preparation (plus grill) and utensils. Could use a larger pot for boiling multiple boxes of pasta or seafood. Downside to our vacation was the red tide issues that were around in all beach areas we visited from Amelia Island down to Fort Meyers.

We enjoyed our stay! The description was accurate and property was clean. The pool, dock and seating area are were we spent most of our time when at the house...very relaxing for us adult - it's private and the kids loved the pool, day and night. Our last morning we saw dolphins swimming near the dock - beautiful! A couple notes...2 of the 3 bathrooms looked newly renovated which was nice. We didnt know that a pack n' play was already there -we wouldn't have brought our own if we knew. Property management provided quick service when we inquired on the pool heater, which we appreciated. You CAN walk to the beach but we drove for convenience; location is close to restaurants and grocery stores. Bring your fishing poles - we caught a few fish one evening. Jennifer and her team are the best!

This is our second year staying at this location as it fits our needs. We enjoyed the good weather although the first night was quite cool. We like the location on the bay and close to the beach as well. Only issue we had with the house was the thermostat was locked on a particular range for cooling and we would have like to switch to heating for one morning when temps got into the low 40's or high 30's.

We booked our trip somewhat last minute and were excited to find such a nice home available. Overall, we were not disappointed. The home was located in a nice community with great intercoastal views, a nearby playground and what seemed to be a recently updated backyard. The interior of the house was nice with newer floors, good beds and decent furniture. On the negative side the floors (rugs included) needed a deep clean (they looked clean, but we had to scrub the floors a couple times to get them close to clean). The living room furniture could also use regular professional cleanings. There are some kitchen related stuff that could be upgraded and it was disappointing the heated pool doesn't receive a lot of sunlight in the winter months, but none of this would keep us from renting this house again.

Our family of 6 stayed here for a week and had a great time. PROS: The outdoor space is wonderful and spacious and the shaded patio was quite welcomed. The indoor space is mostly an open concept with the kitchen, dining, and living rooms all amenable to conversations. The bedrooms and bathrooms are nothing fancy but they are quiet and private. CONS: The kitchen. If you like to cook you will find that it is not stocked well at all. Very few pots and pans; not a sharp knife anywhere; few cooking utensils; only 4 wine glasses; limited amount of plates/forks/spoons, etc... However, the fridge is big and cold and the ice maker is fast. There are also 2 sinks, which is handy and the kitchen is large enough for several people to be working. Lastly, we only had 1 toilet roll per bathroom and 1 paper towel. You will probably need to replenish during your stay. Highly recommend Dock of the Bay and we would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The property is about a 15 to 20 minute walk from Indian rocks Beach. There are numerous food options which are very close and most of them have delivery via Uber eats. We were able to fish off of the dock. There is actually a pack and play available. The property is very well-maintained and has a great view. The pool was clean. The pool was kept at 83°F. Only downside was the quality of the cookware.

Overall a good experience. We enjoyed the heated pool. Fishing from the dock was very good as well.

The home has a very good layout and was accommodating for our party of severn . Floors in the common areas need some work especially in the kitchen.
