Our family (ages 2 to 78!) had the most incredible vacation at this stunning beach house. It truly had everything we could possibly need and more. The interior design was absolutely gorgeous—thoughtfully laid out with a great use of space, and decorated with such style and care. Every room felt welcoming and luxurious.

The kitchen was a dream—fully equipped with everything we needed to cook meals for a large group, which made it easy and enjoyable to stay in and dine together.

You really can’t beat the location. Our young kids loved the freedom to go back and forth between the beach and the private pool with ease—such a rare and wonderful setup for families.

On top of that, the management team was fantastic—responsive, helpful, and a pleasure to work with from start to finish.

We’ve rented many vacation homes throughout the U.S. and internationally, and this one might just be our favorite. Highly, highly recommended—we’re already talking about coming back!

This home is exceptional! It's hard to imagine anyone being disappointed with it's impeccable interior design and 5 star location! I don't think any expense was spared for the furnishings inside. The pool, hot tub, garage doors, coffee makers, charging stations etc. worked with no hiccups whatsoever. Because the house is so new, all of the furniture was brand new, stunning, and comfortable! We loved every aspect of our stay here and strongly recommend it to others.

This house is beautiful and in the best location. It had EVERYTHING we needed and more. The pool was our favorite hangout which is steps away from the beach. We could not have asked for a better experience for our families! We will definitely be back to this lovely home.

This was the best beach house I have ever rented! The house is beautiful and spacious. The furnishings are comfortable and the bedding is high quality as are the plentiful towels. The kitchen is really well stocked and the garage is full of beach toys and chairs.
The best feature is the closeness to the perfect beach. The children could transition from house to pool to beach effortlessly, which is very rare! I hope to return

From the moment we booked until we left the communication with the Property Shoppe team was impeccable! We had some small issues and they were there to fix them immediately!

This house has every luxury you can imagine and direct views of the beach and Gulf as well as the Intracoastal waterway. We have 2 small children and staying here made our vacation so easy. We ate breakfast and lunch by the pool (taking kids out to eat 3 times a day is not always fun). If you can believe it, there’s even a second kitchen beside the pool to make meals even easier. There was a pack n’ play available for our one-year-old and a toddler bed for our 3-year old, and they even had a high chair and toys for the beach! The elevator was great for our older parents. Everything is new and well cared for. The bedrooms have huge closets for stowing away luggage and each bedroom has its own bathroom. The pool is heated and it gets the afternoon sun. The beach is gorgeous – it’s a quiet section of the beach so it feels almost private. The entire house has so much space that several couples or families could comfortably spend a week or two relaxing and enjoying the area. There are several restaurants within walking distance and many more just a short drive away. We will definitely be back!

The property is incredible! It’s was very clean. Kids loved the hot tube and pool. Incredible location. The driveway is a bit tough to navigate because of the incline, but take it slow you’ll have no issues. Property management checked in regularly to ensure all ok and if any issues.

I booked this house for a 9-person family vacation - ages ranged from 70 to 5-years old. Everybody was blown away by this house - the house itself is absolutely magnificent and as described/shown in pictures. It is well stocked including all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The pool/hot tub are incredible and well maintained. The beach access is priceless!!! The location of the house cannot be beat - it is ideally located between Clear Water and John's Pass. It is also conveniently located to walk to bars, shops, restaurants in Indian Rocks. It is only a short drive to a Publix/Walmart for supplies. The property management company is super responsive and helpful. You cannot go wrong booking this house! My family will definitely book this house on our next vacation to this area!

Cons: There are only two cons for this rental in my opinion. The driveway is precarious. It is too bad the property management company can't work out a deal with one of the properties next door, so guests could park there and choose to avoid the driveway situation that is nerve wracking. The other con is that the $1k damage deposit refund takes up to 30 days. This seems excessive. 7-10 days for a refund is more than reasonable. Today is 25 days post stay and I still haven't gotten my refund. I'm told it is coming, so fingers crossed. We left the house in immaculate condition.

Excellent for 7 adults and 2 small highly energetic children. We never felt crowded. The views through the large windows from the main living area and from the main bedroom were spectacular. Dining room table large enough for 10. With guests, we packed 12 around it just fine. Host was very accessible and responsive to any questions. Extra Large kitchen was a major bonus. We spent much time in the private pool and on the patio and appreciated the easy direct access to the beach (and back).

Being as this was our third stay it is safe to say we really enjoy this home. It is very easy to contact the property manager and they are very timely in their response. We did have some trouble with palmetto bugs the first day we were there and they had someone come out on Monday to treat, also the main windows were filled with bird excrement which is certainly not controllable, they sent someone out to clean the windows as well. We appreciated all of that very much. The stairs down to the beach need another railing, only one side currently and steep for small children or elderly people. This is new since the hurricane damage. House and pool are awesome. Grill is in need of some attention, won't light without a hand lighter. Don't hesitate to rent here, you will love it. Bring some games for the kids, not much for game night available. the 4 stars for safety are due to the driveway, it is very narrow and goes out onto the street which can be very busy, not much the owner can do about it, but it's a bit tight everytime. The elevator is great, we have a disabled granddaughter and this is priceless to our family's fun.

Our ladies group had booked a location that unfortunately suffered hurricane damage and Seaside Property Shoppe worked hard and found us a different home to rent which was a MAJOR upgrade!
This home is everything you could ever hope for in a vacation rental!
The home was comfortably furnished and had the most incredible views! We loved the convenience of having an elevator to get to the 3 different floors with our luggage and groceries. The pool area was perfect with a retractable sunshade, a kitchen near the pool and a restroom right there as well. Everything is at the home! Beach chairs, beach umbrella, coolers, beach towels, fully stocked kitchen for cooking, comfortable bedding, and a perfect location! The home is very well maintained and was perfect for our group of 5 ladies.

Amazing property and area. The home was the nicest we have stayed at, and was clean and well appointed. The views were the best you can get for a beach property. Amazing outdoor living spaces and the beds were nice as well. The property mgmt company was by far the best we have encountered. They went above and beyond in service and professionalism. The Coastal Breeze was all that we hoped for in a get-away house. The property was bright, airy, comfortable and spacious. The views, and accompanying chairs for each spot, were perfect. The pool and hot tub were well maintained. The TV room was perfect for family movies. The Property Mgmt. company responded quickly to our questions and needs. The washing machine and dryer were helpful and convenient to have. The kitchen had many items we needed for home cooked meals. It was easy to walk to nearby restaurants.

This property more than lived up to its descriptions. The location is so amazing - few steps to the beautiful beach. The kids practically lived in the private pool. View from the house is breathtaking particularly at sunset. Absolutely perfect.

One of the best, if not the best, beach homes we have stayed in. Extremely clean and well stocked. Great location. Perfect for our extended family (grandparents and our two adult children and their families).

Great home and location for our extended family! Grand babies loved the pool and all the beach toys located in the garage. Home was well stocked. Crib and high chair were appreciated.

Coastal Breeze was a wonderful house for our family to gather. The house is spacious, fresh, nicely decorated, well appointed and very clean. We enjoyed the great pool and the gulf front location along with many extras the owner provided. The Seaside Property Shoppe staff was very helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable. A return visitor to this home and it never disappoints. The house feels like our home away from home. We were not able to warm up the spa this time and always struggle with the narrow driveway but overall it's our go-to when visiting Indian Rocks. Walking distance to shops and restaurants makes it very convenient since we do not like using that driveway.

Beautiful home - very clean! We were so comfortable there for our family vacation including 3 children under the age of 4. They had a blast. The best part was the pool and the beach practically side by side. Management company was awesome - they responded to all our questions right away and were so helpful and accommodating. Sunsets are to die for. Within walking distance of so many fun places to eat and explore.

My wife and I hosted our two daughters, their spouses and our 5 grandsons (ages 2-10) at this house for a week. It is a fantastic location and the house was terrific.

Property is lovely.. we are a very active middle aged group, who make this trip annually- but I think if you bought kids, it would be awesome for them too... although parking was a little tight, it would be 100% manageable for small/med sized cars. Kitchen was very well appointed - we are all foodies, and we did not lack for anything. We cooked every night but one, and we were not disappointed! Bedrooms were all very comfortable, with ample towels, and lovely bedding. We are big deck people, so this one is small, and furniture could be a little more comfortable - so we spent most of our time by the pool. Pool area was great, and very inviting. One suggestion though - maybe consider an additional step down to the beach... its just a little too tall..
Overall, lovely property, and well worth it. Lots of space, great central location, super beach area.... GREAT TIME HAD BY ALL! Thank you

Overall, we had a pleasant stay at Coastal Breeze and I have stayed at dozens of rental properties around the country, so I have a good basis for my comments:
PROS - spacious property, well furnished kitchen, very comfortable beds, nice pool/spa area, excellent media/entertainment room and a good location with lots of good restaurants nearby.
CONS - cleaning, particularly in the kitchen area, could have been better (granite countertops looked clean but had an oily residue which required an immediate recleaning by my wife before use and the exterior surfaces of the refrigerator and multiple cabinets had visible grubby handprints. The floors and bathrooms were OK.
The amount of cleaning supplies provided (dish soap, paper towels, dishwasher pods, etc.) was less than I would expect for a high-end rental such as Coastal Breeze.
Other - if anyone in your party has respiratory issues, be aware that Red Tide can be a problem on the Gulf Coast in the summertime. We had a heavy surf and strong on-shore winds during the first two days of our stay and you could not comfortably sit on nor walk the beach on those days.

Great house for my husband & me and our 2 daughters’ families with small children. So convenient to have a bathroom downstairs by pool & two pair of washers & dryers were fantastic!

Outdoor kitchen, which we did not use, needs regular bug treatment.

This house was amazing it had everything we needed great location. The kiddos LOVED the pool! The access to the beach was great.

We had a lovely vacation at Coastal Breeze. A few minor hiccups, but the staff was very helpful and prompt to resolve. The house is very clean, beautifully decorated, stocked with every essential item in the kitchen, and overall a great place to stay.

Our Wisconsin family of 6 adults and 5 kids had a fantastic stay at Coastal Breeze. The home was beautiful, well appointed, amenities galore, with everything you need to enjoy time in the pool or the beach, The property exceeded our expectations, and the property management team was superb.

Very nice private house with great beach access. The sand is super soft and great for walking/playing in. The rental team was super responsive with every question/concern we had. They even went the extra mile and bought us new feather bed toppers when my kids felt the beds were uncomfortable because they could feel the springs. I later realized the mattresses had gotten flipped by the cleaning service, which is why they could feel the coils, and was able to flip them to the right side and they actually were perfectly fine, but my daughter then called it her “angel bed” because it was so soft with the mattress topper the manager had brought over.
We enjoyed having the elevator for our elderly grandparents.
We had no trouble fitting 2 cars in the driveway as others had mentioned in their reviews. The 2 car garage is ample, and there’s a parking spot in front of the front door. It’s a little tight getting cars out, but we did fine.
The kitchen was well stocked with all equipment we could have needed. We cooked a lot because the local restaurants were packed and with COVID we didn’t feel great about being out- but the house was big enough to feel spacious and nice to stay in for meals.
The master bedroom is gorgeous, with a nice private porch and mini-bar for morning coffee or a nightcap. They also had tons of extra towels and toilet paper.
The neighboring condos were not luxurious, but the clientele weren’t objectionable.

What a great place to spend a relaxing week. This property is actually better than the pictures. It was right on a beautiful part of the beach and the house contained everything to make your stay comfortable. It was a short walk to several fun restaurants and a short drive to others. The manager of the property was there anytime you needed them. I would recommend this property to to anybody that wanted to spend a great week near Tampa.

Everything about this property and location was perfect! The house itself was gorgeous and stocked with everything you could need plus more! The private pool and hot tub along with the private access to the not overly crowded beaches made this our perfect beach getaway during the Covid-19 pandemic. While we chose to cook all our meals and not venture out, the house is close enough to walk to several local places that we definitely wish we could have tried. Grocery pickup and delivery services all around made it easy to vacation safely! The property management group was so easy to work with and extremely responsive! We hope to be back!!!

Coastal Breeze is a beautiful home with a private pool and private beach access. It was perfect for the 3 families who stayed in this home who had more kids than adults. The lay out was perfect with ample space so no one felt crowded and there were multiple spaces to retreat to for alone time. The 2 sets of washer/dryers were awesome! There was a set in the garage to handle all beach towels or swim suits that came from the pool or beach. The outdoor kitchen was a plus because you had an extra refrigerator for drinks close to the pool/beach and an additional stove for poolside meals. There's also an infrared gas grill located close to the pool. It was the perfect location for us during the COVID scare because we could safely quarantine ourselves at the beach. It is also within walking distance to restaurants and shops for those who want to venture out. The owner and property manager was a pleasure to deal with. This house was fantastic in every way. Beautifully decorated, spotless, right on the beach, pool was great, and easy walk to some restaurants. The house has everything you need and some fantastic extras. You cannot see in the pictures, but there is a little kitchen next to the pool that was a lifesaver for grilling and drinks poolside. Perfect in all respects.

Home was beautiful and immaculate. The kitchen had everything we needed. The towels were luxurious! The home was decorated beautifully ! We enjoyed the theatre room on rainy days! The pool and hot tub were enjoyed by all. We did not use the poolside kitchen but it was fully equipped and functional. The location was perfect for our family. Beautiful beach, close to restaurants and shopping. The property management was always available for questions. Crabby Bills, Caddy’s, Fort DeSoto, Contagious Fishing Charter with Captain Mike were some of the places we visited and loved!❤️ In love with Coastral Breeze!❤️
