Beautiful, CLEAN, and convenient! Had an amazing time, would definitely come back to this condo! Place was immaculate!

This is the second year we rented this property for a month. We love it so much we added a 5th week to our stay for next year. The owners are awesome and Seaside Property Shoppe is great to work with. This has become our home away from home.

It was a great vacation again! Love this place & love working with the Seaside Shoppe for our vacation's in Florida.

Words can't describe how well manicured this property is. From the moment you walk into the place it is breathtaking and very spacious. There is an oversize balcony with views of the beach. This condo is in the perfect location. You are literally a 30 second walk to an amazing white sand beach. There are plenty of shoppes, restaurants, and pubs within a short walking distance. My family and I will definitely be using this property for future vacations. We were very lucky to find this gem!

Condo was clean and has everything you need to enjoy your stay including pool/beach supplies and is perfect for families with kiddos of all ages. Only steps away from the beach, restaurants and the pool. The only downside we experienced was having only 1 parking spot as we had family in the area and had to walk several blocks if there were no beach access parking spots available- this building typically has 2 parking spots per condo but the agency was helpful in allowing us to use their lot. Secondly, the bar across the street can get loud late at night- it didn’t stop us from getting rest but is something to consider for light sleepers. Definitely recommend this condo overall!

Stayed in this condo while visiting family in the area. It was a five star rating in every way! Also there were no streets to cross or driving involved to get to the beach-just a few steps to the gulf. Restaurants were right across the street. The management team was very accommodating to our questions and requests. We would stay here again.

My wife and I spent a month at Beachside Villa #101B. From the time we arrived we were very impressed with the accommodations. The condo was clean and beautiful. The location couldn't be better. The beach is amazing. The only problem with the entire experience was we had to leave.
The owners are great people and made sure we were happy with everything. Which we were!!
Sharon and Taylor from Seaside Property Shoppe did a great job of staying in contact with us as well.

Lovely condo. New appliances, furniture, linens, dishes, etc. However, we would not stay again because of the noise from the bar across the street. Loud music throughout the day and night.
