A Wave From It All

We had booked a different condo, but we were notified that there would be electrical work done to the building during our stay. They worked on getting us a different unit! They were so helpful!
We really enjoyed our stay! And loved the view.

We have stayed in similar condo units in the area for many years. This quaint and quiet property is perfect for couples or families wanting a laid-back experience with easy access to the beach, tucked away from the busy traffic on Gulf Blvd. The grounds are very well kept, the pool is great. This unit was kept very clean, tidy and pretty much all the comforts of home. Great for making a breakfast and lunch and close to dozens of local places for dinners. Highly recommend.

We have stayed at many different condos over time. This is by far the best. Steps away from the beach. It's quite and everything you need is there. Spacious,clean,you can hear the ocean from the main bedroom and the living room. We are all ready making plans to come back in September. We have finally found a condo that we will book over and over.

The renovations to The Shores 101 are top notch and refreshing! The unit was extremely clean. It was stocked with everything to make our stay enjoyable. There are an abundance of hooks on the walls, luxury linens, every kitchen item imaginable, beach chairs.... The grills, pool and beach are literally steps away. We like the quietness of the area, yet there are coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance and certainly a short drive away. The sunsets are beautiful. This is our second time staying at this Condo. Love the access to the beach, pool, and local restaurants. Condo is well kept with everything you need for a vacation. Beach towels and Beach Chairs are stocked in the condo if you want to go to the beach instead of the pool. The entire condo was in great shape after withstanding the recent hurricanes in October 2024. The only negative was the pool and BBQ grills were not available for use due to damage from the October 2024 hurricanes.

We have rented here for the past 6 years. This is our favorite place to stay. Ground level makes this so much easier with kids and all their beach stuff. We hope to stay here for many more years to come. Amazing week with amazing memories!

The perfect location for a beach vacation! Seaside Property Shop was very accommodating and professional, responding to questions or concerns in a timely manner. The unit could use some refreshing which I understand will be happening with the new owner. The grounds are well kept, a beautiful pool and BBQ area. Only 20 units at this building.
