Walking on Sunshine

Vacation rentals from Seaside Property Shoppe are always a win. Their rentals are consistently equipped and well maintained. This property was no exception. The building elevator was out (apparently had been since March) so we had a 3 story walk up. But this was no fault of Seaside or the owner and we knew going in there was that possibility. Location was good and no excessive noise. This unit had recently been equipped with a stackable washer/dryer in the walk-in closet in the master. We view that as a great convenience, however it didn't seem the dryer was adequately vented and created a lot of heat and moisture when in use. Maybe this is something that could be addressed.

We had a relaxing few days at this beachfront location that was spacious, well-equipped and comfortable.

We’ve been to this condo complex before and we love it, it’s very nice. We stayed in a different unit last time that had a different management company. This particular condo was very clean and well kept. The elevator was broken at this condo location and the management company gave us some trouble but the manager was professional. They knocked down the price and we even filled out all the paper work again for our refund which we never got. We thought it would take a little to process but it’s been about 3 weeks and nothing.

Very good vacation - weather was perfect- the property was very clean and had everything as far as amenities. We have been booking with Seaside for several years now and have never had any issues. The staff is always accomodating.

What a wonderful place! Staying at such an open, clean and beautifully decorated space made it easy to relax and unwind. Having two balconies,we were able to enjoy sunrises and sunsets from our room in addition to the gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico. The pool was very nice and well maintained, had plenty of chairs and had a small, covered spot for some shade when you needed it.
The kitchen and the washer and dryer in the unit made it feel like home, and the Winn Dixie and Publix were about a 5 minute drive away. The location is great, plenty of restaurants and shops you can walk to, weather you choose the street or beach. Communicating with the staff of Seaside was easy and pleasant, I'm looking forward to coming back to this little slice of paradise. Thank you so much, this vacation was exactly what we needed!

The unions just as pictured. Quick access to the beach with beachfront views. Beautiful sunsets. Only thing annoying was the mini gulf crew had the electric blower going very early in the morning. Bring extra toilet paper, paper towel and Kleenex with you if you are there more than 3 days.

We had a great stay at the condo. I do wish there were more papertowels and toilet paper provided so we could stay in vacation mode. The elevator was out but we were compensated for our trouble. The location was great. The pool was wonderfully heated. The management company was great to deal with.

The view from "Walking on Sunshine" is beautiful. We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the sunset. The unit was clean and nicely decorated. We are looking forward to returning next year.

The condo was recently updated and done beautifully . It was very comfortable and clean . The beachfront view and sunsets were spectacular. The pool was well maintained and heated. It was walkable to a few attractions and restuarants. The only negative was that the elevator was out of service while we were there and we were only informed a few days before we arrived. The property management co did give us a % refund to compensate but since we were on the 3rd floor it did negatively impact our vacation . i would definitely come back to this condo but would make sure the elevator is working !! To note , Taylor, whom we dealt with at Seaside Property management was wonderful . he communicated our concerns about the elevator and even came to help carry our belongings up the stairs when we arrived . thank you , Taylor.

This place was absolutely beautiful. There was an issue with construction and the staff called very apologetic and offered options to us. We decided to stay there and enjoyed the views even though we could not be on beach much. Staff was extremely helpful and courteous.

Very happy with the condo. While we had a few initial issues Seaside PS resolved them quickly and professionally. Sharon is always great to deal with and Taylor goes beyond expectations.
Overall our stay was enjoyable.

We stayed 3 nights at this condo and it was magnificent. It offered everything you could possibly need, right down to the beach chairs. We will definitely book here again. Amazing 3 mile non crowded beach also.

It was an amazing stay! The condo was perfect. Booking and getting all the instructions was an ease. I am so glad we found this condo.

This condo is perfectly located! We loved this condo, it worked perfectly for the two of us. Very nicely decorated, recent upgrades done, was perfectly clean and aside from groceries, the owners stocked the condo with everything needed for a great stay!

Condo was clean and decorated very nicely! Check in was all mobile. Had everything we needed to cook and clean with without going to the store such as detergents and cooking utensils. View was very gorgeous! From the photos listed on the site, it looks like the bedroom and bathroom are not connected but they are, by a sliding door. Bed and pillows were clean and very comfortable. The towels were so soft! There's fishing gear, nets, beach chairs, and other kid friendly beach toys in the laundry room in the unit which is nice if you have kids! We were not given the pool or beach access code upon arrival, had to get it from someone who was swimming. We met another couple later who also did not have the code to get in so we had to give it out. Wish there had been a different shower head; the water flow was slow and couldn't change it. Also, what you think is the pantry is actually a closet for the water heater so all your groceries can only be put in the cabinets that are already full of dishes, or on the counter. We would still highly recommend this place!

Unit has been updated since our last visit. Still some things in the washroom that need attention. New dishwasher installed during our stay. Thanks Taylor for the quick turnaround. Kitchen very well stocked. A relaxing place to unwind and listen to the sound of the ocean.
Only disappointment is that it’s already rented for next year.

Perfect for a couple needing a winter getaway. The place very clean and beautifully appointed. You don’t need much more than the balcony. We spent most of our time sitting and staring at the Gulf on the comfortable Adirondack stools that smartly look above the railing for unobstructed views. The location is great with awesome dining in walking distance and great mini golf across the street. The rental had everything you need.

This property is Everything! Beautiful, super clean, everything you would need in a kitchen ++++ Everything you would want is here, from hairdryers, to soft and fluffy towels, perfect Chairs for viewing the dolphins who roam the coast. Check-in, drop your suitcases, go sit and enjoy the perfect view. Walk on the beach, literally steps from the unit. The pool is warm and inviting (we were here in December). Thank you so much for sharing this amazing unit! Walk to anything!

We had a great time at Walking in Sunshine. The condo WAS perfect!! Right on the beach!! The condo was clean and close to everything!!! We will definitely be back!!!

My wife and I picked this area for our honeymoon as we have never been to gulf side of Florida and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay or a better location. Amenities were plenty and facilities were well taken care of. Also the staff is very easy to get in contact with. We loved our stay especially being able to watch the beautiful sunset every night.

It was beautiful! We have stayed in this same building with other companies in the past and this room was heads above the rest! It was very clean, it looked newly renovated! Bedroom was amazing! The view from the balcony was something everyone should experience! It was an amazing trip, and the check in/ checkout process was awesome!! I would recommend to everyone, and we will definitely be back!!!

We loved the property and location. The condo was very well stocked and perfectly decorated for the beach.
We enjoyed the laid back vibe of Indian Shores, but that the proximity to Clearwater, St. Pete and Tampa allowed endless opportunities for dining and activities.
The only negative was the spotlights from Adventureland across the street. They shine right at the property and are on all night.

We had zero complaints with this property and the manager that we were in contact with. I highly recomend!

This was the BEST unplugged vacation we have had in years. The condo was exactly as described, super clean (smelled so great) on our arrival, checking in was super easy, property management was easy to communicate with. We had absolutely no issues with anything while we stayed. There were good restaurants nearby, easy grocery shopping, the pool was great, and access to the beach was awesome. Some of the best sunsets and thunder storms we had seen in a hot minute! Would absolutely stay here again!!!!

The unit was excellent in every way and Seaside was most accommodating thru our entire stay. We have stayed at Chateau many times over the course of the last 12 years and we absolutely love it.

Condo was very comfortable with everything we needed for lounging on the beach, beautiful ocean view from balcony. I would come back and stay hear in a heart beat!

The condo is directly on the beach beautiful sunsets from our balcony, the beach is un crowded and very nice , water is clear and clean .
The condo was extremely clean and beautiful amenities and decorations are top notch . The bed is very comfortable . People in the building friendly . The management company is great .
