There is no guest parking available.

Spent a month in this very nice unit. It was well-appointed and well-cared for and in an excellent location. Management company was excellent, even getting a broken water heater fixed on Thanksgiving day! I would recommend it without hesitation!

After retiring I rewarded myself with a beach vacation! This was the perfect beach location, the perfect floor plan and everything I was expecting. One small drawback was visitor parking. Not enough. I would love to come back and stay again!

Overall experience at this townehouse was great. We love it! The pool temp was a little too hot at times though, especially on hot days. A few minor hardware issues noted and need repaired- door handles falling off on sliding glass doors in living room, towel small towel rack kept falling off by the right sink in master bathroom. Other than that, everything was great!

This was our 3rd year in a row renting this property right on Indian Shores Beach. Great location, away from the weekend crowds at Clearwater or St Petes. Property has everything we need, clean, spacious, and nearby to plenty of restaurants and attractions.
