Seas the Memories

This lovely, beautifully decorated condo is very clean, well maintained and close to the beach. Our view of the inter coastal water was beautiful and we enjoyed watching the wildlife and boaters. We loved spending most of our time at the beach and enjoyed the refreshing swimming pool also.

The apartment was exactly as described' absolutely spectacular. Fantastic views from the balcony with sitings of dolphins,manatee and many birds .I would recommend this apartment with it's excellent location and quality.

Fantastic views. No need to book a dolphin tour you will see them everyday outside the balcony. The beds are by far the best beds I've ever slept on during a vacation. Only cons to this condo is that you have to walk up three flights of stairs which is not fun bringing groceries or beach supplies up and down.

Our recent stay at Seas the Memories was absolutely perfect. The condo itself was clean, extremely welcoming and had everything we needed for the duration of our stay (aside from a reusable Keurig cup but we bought a couple and left it in the cabinet for future guests). The view from the condo is incredible. You’ll have the opportunity to see local birds and dolphins right from the balcony (the living room also has a set of binoculars so you can see them up close). The beach is only a 3-minute walk and was never crowded when we walked over there. If you’re more of a pool person, the pool is the perfect temperature and also never crowded. The people over at The Seaside Property Shoppe are also incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful. We look forward to our next stay!

We loved our stay at Seas the Memories! It was so clean and had everything we needed for our week stay in Florida. We loved having enough room to relax after a day at the beach and really enjoyed spending time on the balcony. We saw dolphins almost everyday! We would definitely stay again!

Condo has everything. Place was spotless. Beautiful view from the balcony. Close to everything. Would book her again.

Seas the Memories was perfect for our family. The location was right near restaurants, stores and across the street from the beach. The condo had a great layout and so comfortable and plenty of room to relax and take in the beautiful views from the balcony. Property was clean and well-maintained and just wished there was a ceiling fan the master bedroom otherwise everything was perfect. I didn’t even mind the stair climb up the second floor since it gave the best views. Would definitely recommend this property.

The property was clean and the room was very nice and had a view of the intercoastal. Beds were comfortable and everything work as it should. The apartment was beautifully decorated. I would rent here again.

This condo had everything you need to be comfortable and relaxed for stay. The view was outstanding and inspired relaxation. Location to the beach was easy and a few places to shop or eat were within walking distance. Even though we worked while we were there everyday felt like vacation. Beautiful condo home and we would highly recommend this location and Seaside Property Shoppe.

My sister and I rented a Condo at Captains Cove thru Seaside Properties and loved it! Probably the only thing we missed was having an elevator (mostly for moving in & out and bringing up groceries. But we managed. And the only thing we were fission, was not having ‘first dibs’ on renting it again for the same time period (March) for next year. As we’ve been renting for the past 10-years in April and have always had that option. We decided to come for a longer period and was able to find this Condo for 3-weeksnot at this Condo and again loved it, so we wanted to rent it for next March and was told it was already rented. :(

Beautiful balcony view down the Intercoastal and just a 2 minute walk across Gulf Blvd to the beautiful sandy beach of Indian Shores.’”Seas the Memories” was tastefully decorated in appropriate beach decor.
The furniture was comfortable and clean, very comfortable beds, great tv, well-equipped kitchen, efficient dishwasher, washer and dryer and wonderful beach towels. Never been in a warmer and cleaner pool - so lovely!!!

We had a great time here! The view is amazing! The interior was beautifully and peacefully decorated and fully modernized. And having beach access just across the road was so convenient. Perfect for sunset strolls! The kitchen is stocked for every type of cooking or cocktail making you could want to do. And the furniture was super comfy and modern. Everything was very clean.
We spent a lot of time in the mornings enjoying the many different types of birds that came to feed at low tide. They were so fun to watch! We even saw dolphins in the waterway one evening.
We were nearby to some amazing restaurants and the coffee shop down the road is adorable and had a delicious holiday drink. We can’t wait to go back!!
