Location was great, kitchen amenities could use an update and could use more of the items... several of the light bulbs were out and remote control batteries were dead. there weren't any bulbs to replace and not enough batteries Pool was nice

This vacation spot was perfect. So much so, I almost didn’t want to write a review because I don’t want anyone else to take it next year for our vacation week! The condo was clean and comfortable. It was such a short distance to the beach and pool. The pictures of the balcony view doesn’t actually do it justice. If you’re on the fence, go ahead and book this one. It’s a gem!

We had a great time while visiting Indian Rocks Beach. The condo was just what we needed for our family. It was literally minutes from anywhere that we wanted to go. It made things so much easier to be located right on the beach along with walking distance to some good restaurants! The property provided everything from the boogie boards for the kids to beach chairs for us adults. It was clean, well maintained. We highly recommend this property to anyone who just wants to sit back and relax and enjoy Florida.

Beautiful place. Place is walking distance to restaurants and there's a free trolley that will take you to Clearwater and other beaches South. Would love to go back and stay again

We love spending the month of March at Indian Rocks Beach. The Seaside Property Shoppe has a professional staff that makes the booking process easy. Our condo at Sea Isles was clean and nicely furnished. Looking forward to returning next year.

Our families stay here was wonderful! The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed. The property was well maintained and the private beach access was incredible. Highly recommend. Also, the management company was extremely nice and very close to the property.

Our stay at this Condo was amazing. Had all the emenities needed. Bedrooms were very comfortable. Very spacious Condo. Seaside Properties was very friendly and professional to deal with. Thank you to Sharon and Ruth for being so helpful. We had an amazing time, and want to thank the owners of the Condo for letting us stay in their Condo. It was like being at home. Condo was very clean, and in a good location near restaurants, shops. Overall I would give this Condo a rating of 10++. Thank you. Linda

The condo we rented was very nice and had everything we would want or need. The beach was not crowded so you felt the privacy of space when out on the beach. The waters were warm and relatively calm the entire trip. The owners had left a list of recommended restaurants which was nice...we tried several of them and really enjoyed the food. The walk to the beach was short. The pool was clean and again not crowded. The only issue we had were the renters upstairs were extremely loud all night every night with small children running from door to door of the condo above us.

The condo was just like the pictures. We loved staying there. We had everything we needed. The owners had beach chairs and beach toys that were available to use. We will definitely be staying there again.
