Reflections On The Gulf #502

We rented for the month of February and the condo was well-stocked, very clean with a breathtaking view of the ocean from the balcony. There was a full kitchen and a professional staff(Sharon & Taylor) to assist with any issue. A few updates still need to be completed but it is a relaxing way to spend your vacation.

Nice visit

We spent another enjoyable year at Reflections at the beach. We love the location, the restaurants in the area, and the beach. The condo is nice sized and easy to get to. It is nice to see that the condo association is updating the building, but it seems every year we need to put up with some type of construction that distracts from our overall experience. You would think the majority of the work could be done in the off-season. Generally we are pleased with the unit, but it does need some updates. Especially the master bath and the TV's. We have grandchildren in sports and would like to stream their games while we are gone. The current TV's are too old to do so. I asked Taylor for help and he could not get them to work either. Taylor and Sharon are great to talk to and work with. We will be back.

Overall very good experience. Weather was excellent for the time of year. The red tide occurrence during the last week was unfortunate.
Some repairs to the building interfered with “quiet enjoyment “ of the property but this is essential. The condo worked well overall with real pluses for the kitchen and balcony. The bathroom in the master suite was functional but is due for an overhaul.

We were late in arriving because of an accident, picked up our keys from the drop box and were on our way. Weather was great and we spent most of our time on the beach; either taking long walks or laying on the beach. The condo was well furnished and had plenty of room. The master bath needs some updating and the calcium deposits on the shower faucet because of very hard water made if very difficult for my wife to turn it on; but otherwise was fine. We will be back next year.

Had to cut it short due to the virus.

Love this place, and the area, my wife and I are looking on retiring here in a few hopefully short years. Great ocean view, very good pool. Quiet no unruly guest, the owners we meet are nice and helpful. Great Golf and food in the area.

Condo was well situated right next to a beautiful beach quiet beach area. Pool was amazing with lots of lounging chairs.

Stayed at 502 for 10 years, perfect location, reasonable price. What is not to like.

Golf; Seminole lakes and Bardmoor very good. East Bay skip, close but was in bad shape. Use Golf now for deals.
Recommendations:
Bed room ceiling fan noisy and only one speed, may need to be replaced.
Second bedroom toilet seat unstable and needs a commercial seat grade seat.
Beach towels for guests who fly in would be nice. Maybe a normal height beach chair, lower one hard to get out of for older guest. We purchased both, gave the chair to our son and took beach towels home.

The bathrooms are getting rather used. Continuous musty smell. The internet access is very poor. Had to reboot it at least once a day. Could not use the new smart TV because the internet was so slow. The condo itself is very nice and the location and view are great.

Wonderful Service from Ruth at Seaside Property Shop. Excellent location, clean & comfortable Condo with an awesome view of the the beach and sunsets

Stayed at Reflections every October for over 10 years, why stay anywhere elses? 2 small problems, washer &dryer very old, TV needs to be replaced with larger screen.
On the plus side, sunset on the patio is one of lifes bonuses.
Have made reservations for 2018 , must have been happy with condo.

Great time of relaxation.

Visit every year, same time, same place,same condo.

We had a great time. The building was quiet enough for us to read. All of our neighbors were friendly and the beach was rarely crowded. We loved our time there.

We really enjoyed this month in the Indian Rocks Beach. When we booked this condo, we were only going by the web. After staying here a month, we were so pleased. The building was well maintained and clean. The security was wonderful to have on site. You are lucky to have Jimmy!! The condo was clean and inviting. We were glad that there were no personal effects as it made us feel like we weren't intruding on someone else's life :) We do wish that there was a large dutch oven pan or larger pan for the stove...there was only a medium size available. The one problem we had was with the "Router." It was extrememly slow, and therefore all emailing, backing up photos, etc was frustrating. Overall, we LOVED our time in IRB. That is why we chose to come back to this same condo next Jan/Feb as it felt like home. I also liked the book the owners had available, so we could say hello. We could have used one more beach chair as there was only one. Loved the newly remodeled kitchen. The carpet is probably going to need to be cleaned as it looked that way when we moved in. We bought plastic hangers and left them there as there were only a few wire ones. We really enjoyed our time in this condo and just being able to look at the ocean from all views was worth our drive down from Iowa!

Wonderful location right on the Gulf, beach fabulous, restaurants close by.
Realtor a couple of blocks away if any problems, none this year .
Booked for 2014 before returning to UK.
5 weeks not long enough!!

Location, location, location this rental had it all! This condo was a wonderful experience. It was spacious and offered an untendered view of the gulf. It was quiet and close to all amenities. What I really liked is that the pool is on the SIDE of the building so your view went right out to the water. I already have plans to rent this again!

Very nice condo with excellent views. I felt very safe and secure in Reflections and would stay there again!
