We had a very goodtime

Good location, the large deck on the property faces the road instead of the beach, but the property is on the beach, so no big deal. Overall, the condo seemed clean, however looked under the cushions to see if it was a sleeper and found quite a bit of crumbs, hair and dirt. Just wires hanging from the smoke detector in the master. Found the detector in a nightstand drawer. Lamp on one nightstand in the master had no plug to plug it in. Plenty of chairs and toys for the beach. 6 beach towels were there which was nice. Beach was a little crowded because it is next to a public entrance but was nice. Shallow and flat quite a ways out when it is calm and good waves when it is breezy. The kids enjoyed both.

We had a great time, place was clean and had all the amenities to go to beach. Was great to have a washer and dryer in the unit. Great restaurants within walking distance. Guppy’s was our favorite. The beach was so close and the pool/hot tub was also so nice to have in just steps away. Loved how open and spacious the condo was, so much larger the pictures make it look. Beds were very comfortable. Can’t wait to return next year.

As always we had a great time at Sunset Paradise. The condo is beautiful and right on the beach. The condo was very comfortable and there was plenty of room for everyone. It would have been nice to have a few essentials in the kitchen such Keurig Coffee Machine, coffee, salt, pepper, spices, dish soap, etc.

We have stayed in the Sunset Paradise complex before and our stay was everything we expected. The condo was clean, had everything we needed in order for us to enjoy our trip for the week. We enjoyed everything about it. Staff for property was great to work with as well.

Everything went very well. Only 2 things about the condo that went not so well. The filter for ac was very dirty and cause ac to freeze up and I belive the drier is plugged up because the cloths took a long time to dry and flow sensor would come on.

This condo was well maintained, clean and has a great layout. The living room/dining area is way larger than photos can show. We have 2 families of 4 that we vacation with every year and usually the main living/common areas can be a snug fit as 3 of our 4 children are now adults, but this place was perfect!

The beach location is perfect too! You can bring your own chairs and the condo has some available to use too, but it is also right next door to the public access beach where there are chair rentals as well, if you want to just walk down and have someone else set you up.

And Seaside Property Shoppe was super easy to work with and were really friendly before and during the stay. All around, they are just doing it right!!!

this was our 4yh time staying here. it was perfect. we have everything you need close. looking forward to next year.

This is our favorite property - clean, spacious, right on the beach, close to things 'to do'. Only complaint is that it seemed all new pillows were purchased for the unit. They were all incredibly fat (thick) and hard. We all had very bad neckaches from these pillows. I've never seen a pillow so fat before and these were really hard to sleep on.

We are very disappointed the rental is going to a 7day minimum stay. We have stayed many times in the past for a 5 day trip and are unable to do 7. Really wish there was more flexibility with staying at the condo in the future! It's truly our favorite!

We had a great stay at this condo over the Easter holiday. Our family of 3 enjoyed this condo very much. The condo has easy access to the beautiful beaches and although it is not ocean front it does have a "peak a boo" view from the master bedroom which we loved! We also loved spending time at the pool. The condo was well equipped and had very comfortable beds. This location is great, and it was easy to walk to many restaurants and shops. Seaside was very easy to work with and had great communication. I would definitely book rentals from them in the future.

Spacious condo: a great location, with pool & beach access & close to several restaurants. Clean & very nicely furnished, well equipped kitchen, beach chairs & towels, 2 full baths, washer/dryer-everything you need to have a wonderful vacation! Don't miss the sunsets from the pool or beach.

The place was clean, and great for my family. One of the twin beds didn't have a comforter on it so my kids fought about that bed. I also was a little disapointed in the lack of Kid friendly cups.. All the cups were glass(which is ok, we use glass at home) however they were all huge and not kid friendly in my opinion. We love the furnished kitchen. They had enought towels for everyone.. I loved the location. Right next to the trolley stop and we were able to head down the coast easily. Having the pool and beach within walking distance was what sold this property. our balacony faced east which allowed us to enjoy both the sunrise and then the sunsets from the beach or pool .
