Once Upon a Tide

We loved the views from this unit. Felt like we were on a boat we were so close to the water.

Condo was in good condition. Modern look, easy to maintain. Kitchen partially refinished. Everything was usable and there were plentiful plates and utensils. Good basic supplies, so we just needed to buy food.

Unit was clean upon arrival.

Only slight complaint are the owners who do not rent are not fans of the renters. One man was very aggressive to teenagers fishing (fyi, not my children, just observed) telling them they were trespassing. The kids were not loud or unruly, just casting their lines. I felt bad - just kids trying to enjoy vacation.

That aside, it is a good unit.

Intracoastal view from bedrooms, kitchen and living room! A nice balcony to watch the dolphins, see the different boats go by or have your breakfast and bird watch!

The condo was well stocked with kitchenware, towels, plenty of room to hang clothes and store your belongings!

The condo is within walking distance to the beach, restaurants and souvenir shops!

Great location on the Intracoastal Waterway. Very roomy with nice decor. We will be back!

This is the first time we have stayed here and we loved it. The view of the water right off our veranda was incredible. We saw dolphins everyday and enjoyed watching boats go by. The unit was well decorated and comfortable. We will be returning next year.

We absolutely loved this condo. The views were magnificent. Every room was completely stocked. The condo was very clean and updated. We enjoyed watching the dolphins and manatees. My boys enjoyed catching huge red fish off the dock. The atmosphere was quiet and peaceful.

The property management placed us in this condo, after the condo owners of the original booking decided to come down the same week. They assured us it was very quiet, and it did not disappoint. We would definitely recommend this property, and the management of Seaside to our friends and family.

We enjoyed the beach, with beautiful weather every day. During our stay we ate great cuisine, went shopping at the outlets in Ellenton, and went to watch the Rays play.

My husband and I absolutely LOVED our stay here. The condo was super clean and much bigger than expected! If you plan to cook a few meals while you are here, there is plenty of cookware in the kitchen! The balcony was our favorite part. It is so peaceful and relaxing. We were able to see dolphins, manatees, and even a flamingo! The beach is just a short 5-10 minute walk. Overall, we loved our stay here!
