Let's Do Sunset

Very good experience at this seaside condo. Furnished very nicely to accommodate four adults and two preteens.

We really enjoyed our stay on this property. My granddaughter loved playing in the pool and we all enjoyed several days on the beach. Spent one day at Busch Gardens, which was a short drive and a great time. There were plenty of beach chairs, an unbrella, beach towels and beach toys to make the beach time more enjoyable. Many great places to eat a nice dinner within, Caddy's is right across the street! Highly recommend The Conch in Redington and Crabby's on the Pass in Madeira.

This unit is beautiful! Couldn’t have asked for a more accommodating condo. Had two small issues and the rental company took care of them immediately. Hopefully, we will be able to use this unit in the future.

We have been to Indian Shores and IRB yearly since 2000 but this was our first time at Sandcastle 1, suite 308. The condo was amazing in many ways. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Taylor and Sharon are of Seaside Property are super to deal with as always. Love the area....we keep coming back with a big smile. It’s very rare that we have a complaint as was the case this trip.

This was our 3rd year of staying in room 308! We love the fact of when we arrive it’s clean and ready for our family of 5 to enjoy!

Sandcastle 1 was a great vacation choice for our family. The pool was excellent as was the hot tub and the beach was right there. It’s an older property, but the condo we stayed in number 308 was very nicely updated and had everything we needed. We went from Clearwater to St. Petersburg and everywhere in between and found lots of great dining and entertainment for our family.

The beach was beautiful! The rental was clean and had a wonderful view of the ocean. The property manager was easy to contact, polite, and very helpful.

The unit was lovely, well equipped kitchen + beach chairs, etc. The views were spectacular and we sat each am enjoying our coffee and watched the dolphins. Phillip brought us a few items that were needed and he was prompt to address our needs. Would definately stay here again. Construction going on at the building next door so would check on that if still going on.

We had a great time here! The views of the ocean were amazing and it was far enough away from the craziness of Clearwater and St. Pete, but also close to access them if we wanted. The only complaints we had was the condition of the doors in the condo were poorly unkept. All the doors were off their hinges (shower, closet, sliding door in the master that led to the balcony). There was also a lack of beach chairs for our family of 4 and no umbrella. Coming from out of state, we didn’t want to buy all that for a week’s vacation. Oh and the pull out couch bed in the third “bedroom” was awful. One of the people in our part had to sleep on the couch the entire week because that mattress was so uncomfortable. This condo definitely doesn’t sleep 6 people comfortably. We had 4 people and it was still a struggle. Other than that, the place is great. It was clean and the kitchen appliances were really nice. The location is also great and there are some really good restaurants in the area.

Condo 308 was very clean and had starter TP, paper towels and essential amenities The appliances were modern and in excellent working condition. I appreciated the additional beach towels, beach chairs and boogie boards that were available in the condo locker. Additional silverware would be nice since there were only 6 forks, we kept washing them. Great location and will plan to book this again.

We enjoyed our stay. The walk from the condo to the beach wasn’t far at all which was extremely nice. The beach chairs provided in the room were helpful. Taylor from the Seaside office was very nice & helpful when we had a problem with our television & followed up to be sure the issue was resolved.

Could have used actual beach chairs and umbrella. Pool could have been cleaner, as it was used a ton while we were visiting.

We have stayed at Sand Castle 1 years ago when our kids were much younger with our family friends. After the passing on of one of our beloved friends, we took several years off and recently returned. We have been at our beloved condo the last two years and just reserved next year. Our condo is super clean, stocked with everything we need. Thankful for the towels and beach chairs. Love having coffee so close to the ocean. we loved the quietness and knowing great restaurants are within minutes of a drive.
Our family has many amazing memories and we intend to make many more.

Location and cleanliness were terrific. Staff was responsive and friendly even during the holidays. Minor issue was that the third room was really just too small for the fold out bed which was very uncomfortable. The other rooms and bedding were great.

This was my family’s first time to Indian Shores beach. We fell in love with this beach community. Indian Shores beach is a beautiful beach and the town is beautiful. It is a very quiet beach community, which we loved, very family friendly. Our family didn’t eat out while on vacation, so I can’t comment on local restaurants. This beach community is great for bike riding. Bike and walking lanes along the road. We didn’t visit any area attractions, other than the bird sanctuary. It was right on the beach, we rode our bikes. It is worth a quick visit.

I want to start off by saying that the seaside property shoppe is great to work with. Would definitely rent through them again. Very helpful and they respond immediately. We got to the condo late on a Saturday, I text them about a few minor issues on Sunday, thinking they would get Monday morning, but they responded the same day. Took care of the issues first thing on Monday.

This condo is in Sandcastle 1 building which is older and could use some attention. The landscaping is beautiful outside the condos. Pool was big and plenty of lounge chairs. Easy access to the beach. The beach is beautiful, and quiet during our stay. The unit itself is nice, beds were nice, nice tile floors throughout, kitchen was updated and had new appliances. Furniture was nice. Great view of the sunset from the lanai.

Unit was clean upon arrive. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

The only issue we had was construction noise from the next condo over and from the same building. It's a little hard to relax by the pool or even on the beach when all you hear is jackhammering, drilling and sanding from all around you. Luckily they stopped by 5 so evening on the beach was nice. Unbelievable sunsets!

Every part of our stay was an enjoyable experience. Check in and out were super easy tasks to accomplish. The condo is fantastic! We had everything that we needed, a great view, and easy access to many restaurants (some new to us spots that were suggested via the property management). I would highly suggest to all (just don't take my week for next year).

The Seaside Property Shoppe were very easy to work with! The rental until was very clean and had everything we needed including 4 beach chairs! It is in a great location and right across from Caddy’s which was nice to walk to right after a long day at the beach. 10/10 we would stay here again!
