Kima #105

This is a great rental unit. It has a wonderful location with just steps out to the beach! One flight of stairs up or even an elevator! Heated pool was great when we tired of the ocean. Plenty of chairs to hang around on the beach or pool area as well. Unit was so clean! It had everything we could have possibly needed. We cooked several meals in the condo and had everything we needed. There were also coolers and chairs and beach toys for the kids. Plenty of towels and clean linens. Walkable to many restaurants and things for the kids to do. We only left in the car once! This is a wonderfully taken care of condo with everything that your family needs for the week! Can’t wait to come stay again!!

This place was absolutely fabulous, very clean and completely updated with a great beach view. Very convenient to everything. We will definitely be back next year.

The best rental I’ve stayed at in this area, I’ll definitely return to Kima 105! I’m picky when it comes to vacation rentals, I literally spend weeks researching every place I can find and this did not disappoint in any aspect. It was clean!! All the furnishings and appliances were new and there were several extras in the unit for use- beach chairs and sand toys, coolers, beach towels, fun board games. The pool was nice and clean also, and the location was close to everything we wanted to do. The elevator in the building was a little sketchy— very slow and hot. But being on the first floor we were fine with just using the stairs. Thank you so much for a great stay!!

Beautiful. Warm water. Soft sand. Nice breeze. Condo was amazing. Good neighbors. Amazing sunsets. We hope to be back - year after year after year ❤️

We were very pleased with our stay! The beach was a very short distance and was not overly crowded. The pool is seemingly small in the pictures, but definitely enough, never crowded either. The condo was clean and comfortable. The king size bed slept well and the twin beds were comfortable for my 19 and 7 year olds. There were plenty of towels and wash cloths, even beach towels if you need them. We did a little cooking, mostly breakfast. There were enough cooking items to accommodate. The location was great! It's a busy street, but it was quiet inside. All we heard was the occasional rescue siren. There are several restaurants you can walk to, if you're feeling adventurous. Caddy's on the beach was really a short walk and so good! We walked down to Roll It Ice Cream which is in a strip center just passed The Daquiri Shak. So amazing!! I never had rolled ice cream before and liked it so much we went twice that week. Walking to it helps burn some of the calories you take in, wink wink. One day we drove down to Fort De Soto, less than 30 min. away. We took the ferry over to Shell Key Island and enjoyed an afternoon of gathering shells. I had not been to The Gulf side of FL since I was 12. We have places that we routinely vacation, but we also have a tradition of picking new places every year and exploring those areas. It makes great memories for our family. We were very pleased with our choice this year! It was very nice to have a place that felt almost like home to come back to at the end of the day. Thank You!

Gorgeous is one word to describe the beach and the condo. We had Red Tide the first day. Then the beach cleaning came every weekday and kept the beach beautiful. The condo was comfortable, well equipped and homey. This is definitely a family friendly community, even during spring break. Our friends would have preferred a full-size bed instead of twins. Parking area was too small to accommodate 2 vehicles. We had an awesome beach vacation.

Our condo in the Kima complex was perfect! It was well decorated with comfortable furniture. It was very clean when we arrived. We appreciated some condiments and such that were left by other renters. The views and location was great!

Very nice stay at Kima #105. Clean, and had all the extra beach items needed while there. Located directly across from convenience store if anything needed last min. Located near several restaurants. Property management responded very fast and kept us up to date on check in.

Absolutely AMAZING!!!! The condo was beautiful...LOVED the decor (totally my style!!) and ALLLLL the furnishings (top end with everything - from the sheets on the bed to the silverware in the kitchen drawer!!!). The owner has provided for everyone who has the pleasure to partake of their condo with everything they will possibly need! We LOVED Madeira Beach and all it has to offer. The gulf water was unbelievably warm (sometimes had to take a dip in the pool to "cool off"!!) and we were blessed with fantastic weather while we were there (8/20 through 8/27). We definitely hope to return to Madeira Beach AND to THIS condo!!!!

We had a wonderful time staying in this condo!! We loved that it was on the first floor as well. It was clean and comfortable!

Room was very clean , even supplied beach towels and beach accessories etc . Kitchen has lots of extra’s supplied as well . Very pleased with room 105 .We traveled with a large group and our room was definitely the nicest

The property was beautiful and spotless. Everything worked! By far the nicest condo we have ever rented and that goes back30 years. Location provides walking distance to nice restaurants and bars. A good exercise walk to Johns Pass and back. Seaside Property Shoppe and employees truly professionals.

We loved the condo. Being there gave us the opportunity to visit our brand new granddaughter who lives nearby. We will definitely rent here again.the property was as described and clean and well maintained.

KIMA's location on the beach is the best. I like a smaller building. The views are wonderful and it is very walkable to restaurants etc.

Our family of four was very much in need of a break and some beach views. All of this was in jeopardy when the place we originally planned to stay canceled 2 wks before our trip due to a water leak. I was convinced we wouldn’t be able to find anything up to standard with a real beach view on such short notice, but I was wrong! The Kirma condo had just been listed, and it was an absolutely lovely stay from start to finish. The condo itself was very clean (and I’m in healthcare so my standards are pretty high). Everything we needed was right within reach, the beds were super comfy, and the sofa was a super cozy spot to curl up for a family movie night. A cupboard full of family games, plus beach chairs, floats, towels and a cooler were the icing on the cake. And the view...just what we needed. There were dolphins pretty much every day, but one particular morning it was a dolphin party out there and SO fun to watch. The condo pool is smallish, but heated and very well maintained. It was also never super busy, and there were lots of times we had it to ourselves. There really aren’t enough good things to say, and Taylor, the property manager, was very quick to respond any time we had questions. Thanks so much for a lovely stay—We look forward to coming back!!
