Hamilton House - Bella Sol

Upon arrival we noticed not only a clean, but well maintained unit. The “Welcome” boxes in the kitchen and bath were so thoughtful not to mention the lovely bottle of wine left for us to enjoy! It was a wonderful surprise to find 2 beach chairs that were “regular” size as the low chairs are impossible for us seniors to use! We also loved the comfortable balcony furniture. The kitchen had everything you need. It was great to find different supplies that previous renters left. It was a wonderful experience and I would rent this unit again! We stayed in two different condos in this building managed by another company and can say they did not measure up to this standard. We did notice that some of the pool chairs needed replacing or at least repaired. The building was quiet, safe and common areas cleaned daily. It was a plus to have two excellent restaurants within walking distance (Keegans’s & TJ’s). Thanks!

A gorgeous spot right on the beach. Comfortable master and living/dining area. Appliances are marginal at best. Bathrooms need updating as well. But we love it; 2024 was our 5th year spending 4-6 weeks there.

I highly recommend this condo. It has a large kitchen that is well stocked. Extremely clean and the owners supplied a weeks' worth of dish liquid, a sponge, wipes, dish washer cleaner, shampoo, conditioner, soap, bath crystals, and lotion. The beds are very comfortable, and the shower is wonderful. We sat on the balcony nightly to relax and watch the amazing sunsets. Walkable to several excellent restaurants. The beach and pool were clean and there were ample beach supplies for us to us including beach towels and chairs. The owner checked in to ensure everything was going well which we really appreciated. No problems with noise from other guests.

Relaxing stay at beautiful Bella Sol. The views from the spacious balcony are amazing. Condo is so comfortable with everything that you might need for your stay. Management super helpful and condo well maintained. Perfect beach getaway.

Condo was advertised. No big complaints here. Maybe a new toaster and sharpen the knives. Location is good for walking to most of the shops and restaurants.

Second year at the fabulous Bella Sol. Condo very welcoming and clean with all the beach toys and amenities you need to feel at home. Enjoyed mornings on the balcony and fabulous sunsets at night. Kooky Coconut has great ice cream and there are other restaurants within walking distance to enjoy. Many thanks to Sharon, Taylor and Phillip at Seaside for their excellent customer service. We already reserved for next year.

Everything about this rental was great. I have stayed at the same rental 3 times now and just love it. And Seaside is wonderful to deal with. They are great about making sure you arrival is issue free and are always very responsive. Taylor @ Seaside is fabulous!

Property was exactly as described and pictured. Very clean and well maintained overall property. The condo unit was very clean; very nicely decorated and had everything we needed to have a relaxing, comfortable stay. I especially appreciated the beach ‘equipment/towel’ area at the entrance. Lots of towels, chairs, etc and very convenient.

The accommodations met and exceeded our expectations! Very clean, spacious, well laid out, well kept, well stocked with everything we needed. Signed up and extended our stay for next year!

A lovely condo providing a nightly sunset; this was our fourth straight February spent there. Appliances and beach chairs need to be replaced or updated, though. Building has top-notch caretaker/handyman, but could use a new, and larger, barbecue grille.

Our family of 5 loved this property! The condo was in good working order and well outfitted for beach and in the kitchen as well. The beds & living room furniture were super comfy. I especially loved beginning my days with morning coffee on the balcony with that gorgeous view and ending them with sunset happy hours! Lots of great restaurants in the area, easy drive to Tampa, Clearwater, and St Pete. My husband and I enjoyed the park across the street for tennis and it looks like there’s a community pickleball open play there as well. Sharon in the management office was very responsive and helpful. Love the Indian Rocks community, everyone was so nice. Will definitely be back!

This unit was beautiful and we’d certainly stay here again and recommend it, also. The unit was exactly how pictured, perfectly clean and equipped with everything we needed. The only thing we bought was an inflatable raft which we just left for the next vacationer. We were able to walk, and not use the rental car, to shops and restaurants and the nature preserve that was about 5 blocks south. The beds were comfortable and there were an abundance of bath towels and beach towels. The patio was very comfortable with the oversized chairs and the large dining table was perfect for our family of 4 to eat breakfast and dinner on. I cook one night a week and had everything I needed to cook BBQ chicken, fries and a vegetable. We usually stay in Perdido Key but I think IRB will be our new spot. We’ve never seen such beautiful sunsets and ocean water. This is a beautifully decorated unit and the little surprise the owners left us was greatly appreciated and consumed the first night The location of this unit is great as Clearwater is just a a few miles drive north and the furthest south we went was John’s Pass and that was about a 15 minute drive (speed limits are only 30mph). The beaches were quiet and not crowded at all.

The only thing I would recommend is some type of fan provided for the balcony. Otherwise, there was not a thing we needed. We will be back!!!

Our 4th year here! This is a great condo. Well equipped with everything you need! Lots of beach chairs, towels, beach toys, etc. too! Perfect location on beautiful IRB. Lots of good restaurants within walking distance. The saltwater pool is very nice & I heard it's getting a makeover soon! Only issue was the front door lock (again). The keys get stuck & the keypad died on us & we got locked out a couple times. Also, the Hamilton House really needs to invest in some new grills. They were not usable. We love this place & cannot wait to come back next year!

Arrived &2hrs later the restaurants closed; then it was announced that the beaches were closing d/t C19. Didn't matter, still had a wonderful stay. Nice condo, perfect for watching the sunset. Bed was comfortable, condo was clean and had everything we needed. Furniture on the balcony very comfortable for relaxing.Everyone at SS Realty was nice and accommodating. First year for having an elevator and it was nice. The surrounding pool and grounds well kept. Definitely will come back. Thank you Ruth & Sharon. You'll be hearing from us again.

We have stayed at this property several times and always enjoyed it. Well maintained and appointed. Great location. Quiet, but close to all amenities. We will be back!

Just back from a 4-week rental, our 4th in Hamilton House & our 2nd in the Bellasol condo. Up to date, we’ll appointed unit with everything one could need, including beach towels, beach chairs, and beach umbrella. Can’t wait for February 2021 for our 3rd stay.

This is a great place to stay. It is located in a beautiful spot. The view is great. The place is furnished and decorated beautifully and is well maintained. The elevator was a real plus for us due to physical limitations. Would love to return again and enjoy it.

The condo was as described. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Loved having meals out on the balcony. Several restaurants within walking distance. We will be back to stay again.

This was our 3rd visit to this beautiful condo. The location is perfect! The water was the clearest I have seen it in many years. We lucked out with the weather too. We will be back next year for sure!

We have been vacationing on IRB since 2014. This was our 4th stay in a Hamilton House condo. This property is within walking distance of a variety of restaurants, and a short drive to shopping, tourist attractions, etc. But, we come here for the beach, which is generally blissfully quiet. This particular condo was comfortable and clean with a million dollar view of the Gulf. The outdoor patio furniture was very comfortable. We usually rent through VRBO, but I would not hesitate to rent through Seaside Property Shoppe again. They have a nice inventory of properties and were a pleasure to deal with.

Condo was nicely furnished with comfortable beds and furniture! My only complaint is the rugs were worn and dirty and need replaced , also the bedding could be replaced too! Master bedroom closet foor difficult to open.

This condo was clean, well stocked and had a fantastic ocean view. The only downfall was the lack of water pressure in the master bath. The fact that this rental included beach chairs and umbrellas was a real plus. I would definitely stay here again and I would recommend it to others. Thanks for a fantastic relaxing vacation!!

Overall,the experience with The Seaside Property Shoppe was very pleasant. The condo was located right on Indian Rocks Beach which was very nice for beach accessibility and sunsets! The property description was accurate. The condo was spacious and complete with all the amenities listed. The furnishings were very nice including the balcony furniture. The beds were comfortable. The guest bedroom had 2 full size beds which provided more room for guests. Two parking places, one being undercover, was another plus. Customer service was great. Anytime there was an issue, it was addressed immediately. The only room for improvement was with cleanliness. On the surface the condo looked clean, but it was in need of a deep cleaning and organization of the kitchen. The dishwasher did not clean the dishes. These were the only 2 things that were an issue. I would definitely recommend this condo to friends and relatives. We liked it so well that we booked it for next year. Restaurants nearby that we enjoyed were Keegans, Guppys, and TJ's. Also we enjoyed riding our bicycles on the Pinellas Bike Trail which was about 5 miles away.

Beautiful gulf front condo, with everything we needed: beach chairs, beach towels, and even noodles and toys for little kids. Perfect location for restaurants and all our everyday needs. Needed dishwasher repair addressed quickly. Could not have been better.

We had a Wonderful week at Bella Sol! The weather was amazing and the pictures really don't do the condo or the sunsets justice! We really enjoyed the beach chairs and the kitchen was stocked with all the comforts of home. The beds were comfortable, everything was clean and in good working order. We enjoyed the balcony for breakfast and coffee each morning while watching the dolphins swim past. This location is close to wonderful local restaurants, shopping. We especially enjoyed PJ's Oyster Bar and Keegan's. John's Pass and the pier were a quick car ride away for the day. We loved our time at IRB and in this beautiful condo and will definitely come back again!

This condo was beautiful. Had everything we needed to enjoy the pool and the beach. You can tell the owner takes a lot of pride in their place. Close to a lot of good places to eat and things to do.

Our 2nd time staying at this gorgeous condo on beautiful Indian Rocks Beach. The location is perfect. Condo has everything you need! Only 2 complaints-the grill REALLY needs to be replaced & the broken sprinkler head gushing water at 4 a.m. woke us up. Hopefully Hamilton House will fix these 2 issues. Also, an umbrella or 2 at the pool would really be nice. They also need to empty the pool trash cans & STINKY gross ashtrays! Other than that this place is just awesome & can't wait to return next year!

This was the best vacation we ever had. The condo was spotless, all redone, and fully stocked with everything we needed. It was right on a beautiful quiet beach on the gulf of mexico. We frequented local restaurants which were inexpensive and delicious. We also went to the Ringling Bros,Chihuly and Dali museums. The management company was very professional and the owners of the condo made us feel at home and very welcome.

I highly recommend Bella Sol! The condo was perfect. You could not ask for a better location. My wife, my two kids (13 & 10), and I had a great week long stay. This place is great for families. Perfect beach access. Wonderful restaurants with in walking distance. We loved the view from the balcony. The Seaside Property Shoppe were excellent to deal with. We will definitely be back. This was our best vacation as a family of 6 so far!! We had an amazing time on the beach and the condo had everything we needed! The kitchen is well stocked with nice pots and pans as well as appliances! Other rentals we have done have very cheap cookware making it difficult to make a decent meal but this place had it all and it was awesome! The location was perfect as it was beautiful and low key! But there were fun things to do just minutes from the home in either direction! We loved walking to TJs Italian restaurant for a few meals! And our fave was Haze ice cream just a few miles south! The ice cream was amazing and the people were so kind! We will most definitely be returning and maybe next time we can stay 2 weeks!!!

The condo was well appointed, very clean and the location is perfect. Bed was extremely comfortable. Would highly recommend.

This location was great access to the beach. The balcony overlooks the ocean and you can watch a beautiful sunset every evening. The condo was immaculate and had everything needed to cook with as well everything we needed for the pool and beach. The property managers were great to book with and available for any questions. Close to great restaurants and shopping. I will definitely plan another stay here.

We were very pleased with our recent vacation to Indian Rocks Beach. The Bella Sol unit at Hamilton House was perfect for my family. I was very impressed with the updated features such as big flat screen tvs in every room. Even the main living room had Roku which allowed me to entertain the kids with Netflix as well as hook up my Amazon account.

The beds were very comfortable and the A/C worked great. I also appreciate the many beach towels and amenities provided with the unit. The beach is literally feet from your balcony and you can watch the sunset every day. The only complaint I would have is the old school plastic blinds in the master and living room. I would recommend adding black out blinds to at least shield from the sun when needed.

I looked for months trying to find the perfect place for us to vacation this year and was super skeptical about booking a condo (instead of a hotel) but I am SO GLAD we did. The pictures do not do this beautiful condo justice. Everything is so well maintained, it is so clean, the view is outstanding and it is well stocked with anything you may need.

You almost never had to wait for the elevator (if you do it's like ONE minute), we have two small children and they could walk the distance from the elevator to the beach without any hassle (4 and 1), the sunsets on the beach (or from the balcony) are absolutely stunning, the beach is so relaxed and far enough from public parking that you don't have to worry about sitting on other people, there are so many restaraunts within walking distance and we enjoyed going to Johns Pass (a little boardwalk with shops, food and attractions).

You have two assigned parking spots (one covered under the building) so there's no fighting for a good parking spot. The pool is 3ft - 6ft so if you have little ones you can't just let them swim but we just threw a puddle jumper on our 4 year old and held the baby.

Picking up the keys was super easy and it's right by the Condo. To get into the condo. Holding you have to use a code, so it's safe and secure.


Only downsides I can think of is there is only one cart to bring your things up so you may end up making multiple trips if it goes MIA. There is no AC in the elevator or the room that the elevator is in so it's a bit stuffy. But neither of those are deal breakers for us. Well definitely be back.

Beach was very easy to access. Pup and restaurants in walking distance. Condo was well stocked, tasteful and comfortable.

Beautiful home! Weather was perfect all week. Whether you were sitting on the balcony or on the beach the views are breathtaking. Unit was very clean and stocked well. We had one minor problem with the unit but it promptly taken care of when we notified management.

*There's only two things I would caution on. If you do not like kids or do not have kids be warned that the unit is 2 floors up from the pool and with us there were kids screaming (as they played) but you could here them even inside the unit. Pool does close at dusk.

*The place had ONE LUGGAGE CART and that's it nothing else to cart your stuff up to your unit! So if you plan on bringing a lot to the beach just be warned that you may have to make multiple trips back and forth getting your stuff to your unit. The place needs to have one more luggage cart for its guest.

It was one of the most relaxing vacations we have had for a long time. The building is right at the beach. The beach is gorgeous and not at all crowded as the larger public parking lots are further away. The apartment is so well maintained and tastefull. The sunset viewed from the balcony while having dinner is unmatched. Pizza and pasta at TJ across the street gets two thumbs up.

The condo was tastefully decorated and attention to making a guest feel welcome. The view from the balcony of the beach and surf was incredible, especially the exquisite sunsets and moonlight and stars on the water's surface. The location afforded us quick access to the beach as well as ability to walk to local restaurants. Bella Sol is a sparkling gem in Indian Rocks Beach.

My family and I had a fantastic time during our stay. The condo was exceptionally clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The extra beach towels, toys, and boogie boards came in handy. We were just a short drive to great restaurants and Pier 60. Thank you for your hospitality! We will definitely be back!
