Endless Summer On The Beach #C

This was our 4th consecutive year enjoying unit C. The unit and building have remained exactly the same through the years. Great location, 1 bedroom plus pull out (which is very firm) is sufficient for our family of four. The kitchen is a little tight for a weeks worth of food however with the use of ALL cabinets it can be done.

The easy check-in and good communication are always appreciated. The identical unit next door allows for traveling with other families/friends but having your own space and the much larger unit upstairs provides an opportunity for large families to plan trips with friends/family without being on top of one another.

Wifi is very weak in the downstairs unit due to the signal being broadcast from the upstairs unit. If we had not been visiting with friends who were staying in the upstairs unit and allowed us to work from upstairs we could not have conducted virtual meetings for the few times we needed to.

We kept the air at 72 and while cool when walking in from outside, it fights to keep everyone cool overnight.

The new sand dunes were NOT placed in front of this unit allowing the beautiful view of the water to remain for the 1st floor rooms.

The building itself could use a little TLC. Some loose ceiling/soffit boards are in need of repair, screen between the two downstairs units is in need of repair but overall the interior is well maintained.

Endless Summer on the Beach #C has provided us with memories we will cherish - now on to exploring the rest of the US!

My husband and I stayed here for our 3rd year anniversary we wanted to be right on the beach. We had an awesome time it was the perfect size for my husband and I. The place was clean. We would stay there again the beach is right there and maybe get some more lounge chairs the people that were upstairs had them the entire week even though they weren't using them they left all of their things on them the entire time even though they were gone or upstairs on the balcony. But other than that we had an amazing time there.

This cottage is all about location! It was so wonderful to walk out the door right to the beach. We loved the gorgeous view from the porch. We appreciated all the beach chairs, lawn chairs, and other equipment that was available to use. On windy days we lounged up by the house where the vegetation blocked the wind. The unit itself is more of a studio space- not much separation between the sleeping and living areas- but was perfect for my husband and me. It was clean, but could use a good wall to wall scrubbing. The kitchen is older and felt a little grungy. There was a family in the unit upstairs. It was mostly quiet, but when their kids started running around we could hear them- annoying. Next door unit was quiet. Overall, it’s a wonderful space, with a gorgeous front-row view of the sunset.

Location is fantastic. Open your door and the Ocean is
right there. Sunsets too. Many restaurants are walkable or close drive. The place is just the right size for two people. Sand chairs and beach toys are there for your use.

The location is the best on the beach. The place is perfect for a single or a couple. Nice furnishings and beach equipment. Wi-Fi can be weak, recommend owner provide individual routers for each unit rather than one shared for entire property.

We had a wonderful stay and loved being ocean front. Taylor was always available and very helpful. The unit has everything you need for a beach vacation. It was clean and the perfect location. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful and relaxing stay. We only left for groceries and a lunch out for seafood. Fabulous time with beautiful views of the gulf.

Stayed at Endless Summer on the Beach #C for 1 week. Small Studio with Queen Size bed, good fit for 2 people (did not try the sofa bed). Location is good if you want quiet and beautiful gulf beach experience. Can take the Trolley for more busy areas. Bike rental and a few restaurants walking distance to rental.
Pros: Property is right on the beach! Bed and sheets are comfortable. They provide beach chairs and beach umbrella. Grill outside was great!
Cons: kitchen needs an urgent upgrade! Kitchen cooking utensils, pots and pans NEED to be replaced ASAP! We only cooked because there was a grill outside, otherwise it would have been next to impossible with what they got.

Our 2nd time here - this rental is the perfect place to unwind. With an at home feel but direct views of the ocean from the unit, you can't beat it. The beach is literally your front yard. Close to restaurants & a bike path.

The apartment was delightful, and very well appointed. The minor issues were handled promptly. The location was ideal. The only unsatisfactory item was the poor wi-fi service. If you advertise wi-fi, then a wireless router or, at a minimum, a booster should be located in the apartment. Connecting to the router in the upstairs apartment was spotty at best.

Older, slightly cramped, but def good value for right on the beach. For a small group of 4 this is good enough. The pull out is terrible if Im honest, but the location cant be beat. The standard mattress is good and staff is nice enough. Fridge is falling apart, had to call a appliance tech.

Endless Summer rental is very relaxing. The beach is right outside your door to enjoy days in the sun and the beautiful sunsets.

The beach chairs didn't show up till half way thru after the other rental called but the office took care of it and they were brand new. Maybe put a couple in each rental?

Endless Summer is a very nice place in a fantastic location. We truly had a great time on the beach and enjoyed many great restaurants nearby, like Conch Republic and Salt Rock Grill.

The view was amazing. Waking up to the ocean with the beach a step outside of your door was priceless. The sunsets are just the best. We saw dolphins swimming right in front! Lots of restaurants, ice cream, etc. within walking distance.

Our stay at Endless Summer was wonderful. The Seaside Property Shoppe was easy to work with. Several minor concerns which arose were dealt with quickly and to the best of their ability. I would recommend using them again for property rentals.

Very much as described, this unit is right on the beach. Beautiful mornings and sunsets. The dolphins swim by daily. Can walk the beach for miles in either direction. Excellent restaurants within 2 miles. Very clean apartment on ground floor. It is fine for 2 people, but would be cramped for 4. Bathroom is sufficient, but only for 1 person at a time. Closet space is minimal, but there is one dresser. Bed is right next to the door, as it is a studio apartment. If you use a CPAP, be prepared to move a chair near the bed. Has dishes, pans, silverware, coffee makers, etc. Plan on buying your own filters, paper towels, napkins, paper plates, etc. We very much enjoyed our stay, and had no issues. Very quiet and peaceful!

This is great cottage. If you are interested in the cottages of Florida before the introduction of "The Condo" then this is a great find. The cottage has been updated and is very nice, great location, cottage was very clean. Vegetation is lush, grounds are well kept, Australian Pines provide great shade. I will return and will recommend.

We planned a 2017 spring break trip for our daughters(9 and 10 yo)and they wanted the most Beach Time possible. We reviewed hundreds of rentals and the listing for "Endless Summer on the Beach" appeared as the most desirable for our family! The staff at Sea Side Property Shop were very pleasant and very accommodating with our late arrival and early departure. Our Unit (#C) was much nicer than we expected and offered the kids a Bed to Beach experience.Our unit was very clean, well stocked and the kitchen was very comfortable to cook in. The Sea Side Property Shop and Endless Summer on the Beach Unit C, allowed our daughters to have the Beach living experience they were dreaming of. My wife and I are planning to reserve this unit again in the fall for a grown-up escape. ;)

The Week at Endless Summer was one of the best vacations I have ever spent at a rental property. The property was very clean and accommodating. I hope to make my visit a habit!!!

We were at the property for spring break week. While Clearwater was nuts to visit, the Indian Shores area was great. The condo was just what we needed.

We've been coming here since 1999 . The only complaint i ever had was over the pull-out couch ( sofa bed ) . That has now been replaced and the new one is great . We're already booked for next year .

Truly a very peaceful and a relaxing vacation experience, even with the aftermath of Hurricane Hermine.

What can i say that i have not already said . A great place to stay and wonderful people to stay with - the permanent tenants ,the vacationers and Seaside Property Shoppe that is in charge .That is why we are coming back next year .

I have stayed in this location two weeks each year for many years. It is not as well maintained as it was before the current management company took charge, but the former owners took exceptionally good care of the place. Some nice upgrades were made by the current management a little over a year ago, including bath renovation, flat screen TVs, and new flooring, all much appreciated. My main concern is the unit is not as clean as it should be. Also, the Venetian blinds don't fit the windows in the doors, and the porch furniture badly needs replacing. The view of the Gulf and proximity to the beach are marvelous. Two excellent restaurants are a short distance way by car, Salt Rock and Guppy's, both with early dinner pricing.

Great place,great location, private, romantic, super chill. I totally recommend this place for couples. It was like having our own beach. We got lucky and ended up having the whole place to ourselves. Love this place! I would be remiss if I didn't give props & thanks to Sharon at Seaside Property Shoppe she was a super pleasure to deal with. We had an issue with the WiFi, I called Sharon she had someone there in less then 45 min. When he couldn't fix the problem Sharon came out herself and fixed it. Thanks again Sharon you are the best!

Booked Endless Summer with peace, quiet, serenity and calming beauty as our goal. Easily attained all of these and had the most relaxed and restful vacation experience we could have imagined. We have and will do it again and again...

I was happily surprised when I saw the unit. It is spacious and comfortable. Being right on the beach made going back and forth easy. It was easy to relax and enjoy the beach for a wonderful week.

We love OUR Florida home . Almost everything is perfect but i do have one small complaint and it is directed at the pull-out couch on which a night's sleep is an impossibility . That is the only complaint i have for an otherwise PERFECT place .

I did forget hair dryer but we really did like the price and the place.would go back again. Thanks

This was a different year as the complex was under construction . There was a lot of inconvenience but that was to be expected under the circumstances . Overall it is still a one of a kind complex and we love it - or we would not have booked our 16TH year starting in December 2014 !

Our 1st week was very restful and enjoyable but the 2nd week no so much. The top level was rented to a number of men who were very very noisey every evening,foul language.. so much so that we could not sit outside in the evening although we could still hear them inside.Parking was a problem when these men were there but the management fixed it. We plan to return next year but will check with management to ensure that these men will not be there again.
