We could not ask for a more perfect beach house. Everything was provided.

We had a fantastic stay at Endless Summer A! The location could not have been any more perfect. The amenities were great, the house was clean, the property management team was super responsive and helpful the whole time and we will definitely be coming back here next year!

We enjoyed a mother/daughter week end in this lovely tri-plex. We rented the upstairs unit. It is very clean and the pictures accurately represent the condo. The elevated view is absolutely lovely and you are literally just a few steps from the ocean.
There are many cute restaurants that are just a short drive away. We had our groceries delivered from the local Publix and that went very well. When we were there the lower 2 units were not rented for most of our stay, which gave us additional privacy.
We had a few questions during our stay and the property manager answered us very quickly.
There is another building with 3 or so units directly behind you and everyone shares the common yard area, grill, lawn furniture, beach toys ect. There was no umbrella so we purchased one and donated it for the next renters.
The only reason for my not giving a 5 is during the busy season, I am not sure I would enjoy being there when every unit is rented. It is just something to consider for yourself as a renter.
Over all the unit is very well represented in the pictures and description.

My family and I rented this place for a week and it was absolutely perfect. We loved sitting on the patio and listening to the ocean. It was so close to the ocean. We will definitely be returning to Endless Summer!!!

I cannot tell you in words what a beautiful place this is! Right on the beach! It was everything I was looking for and more! I did my homework too! I cannot imagine finding any place better! My 3 grown children and their significant others are looking forward to coming back.

Locations is great. Patio is large with splendid views. Easy access to the beach. Overall we had a great time. Things to consider in order to improve guests stay;
1) AC generates a very loud noise in the bedroom left to the main door. It’s almost hard to fall asleep in that bedroom. 2)Perhaps investing in buying two nice beach chairs and an umbrella and put them in a locker somewhere would add more value to the vacation 3) add more soap bars in the bathroom for guests.
4) get rid of old towels and blankets, get new fresh ones.
All of these simple things wouldn’t cost more than $100 but will add a huge intrinsic value to the property.
Otherwise, will definitely consider coming back.

Our beach stay at this rental was amazing!! It was closer to the beach than what we had expected and also had a beautiful view. It was very relaxing not having to walk a long distance to the beach. Inside was also just a nice. Had a huge living area and kitchen. Another thing that we haven’t seen much is how stocked the kitchen was with pots and pans and other things we needed it was very nice. It was over all a wonderful stay we will probably be booking again!!!

My son had cockroaches crawling on him at night and they were on the hallway floor. Big roaches it work him up.The kitchen was not not clean and had old food in the sink and disposal when we arrived. Its an expensive rental and I expected it to be clean and bug free.

Overall we had a great time. The location was amazing and the place was clean and roomy. A couple of things would have made the stay even better- more toilet paper and shampoo/conditioner. If those had been provided that would have been better. Also I messaged the owner ahead of time to see if there was a pack n play or any beach toys at the property. They replied that there was not but there was a pack n play in the utility closet and there were beach toys and chairs in the cabinet in the driveway. It would have been so nice to not have to bring our own pack n play.

Loved it! Beautiful, clean and has a great deck to watch the sunset. Tried to reserve it for another trip in August but the owners decided to just use it for family.

Have spent a week at the beach front many times over the past /0 years. My children and now my grand children have thoroughly rnjoyed this place.

This property was an excellent choice for our eight people. Large and comfy for everyone. Had one issue with a tree branch falling into the back area. It was cleaned up within an hour of reporting it. We were lucky enough to have the place to ourselves, as no one had rented the two smaller units below. This made for a quiet and very private feel. Quiet beach area also a plus.

This place is perfect! There was 6 adults - We all had plenty of room. The view is spectacular and access to beach well lets just say youre on the soon as u leave the steps from balcony, couldnt be any closer. Its perfect. I definitely will be back. If you have children there is a safety gate so no worries. Sharon and Ruth at Seaside Reality shoppe make ur reservation experience easy and pain free. Everyone is super nice.

Being able to come back to this place for a second year was like coming 'home'.

We had a great time staying here. It is in a perfect location with many shops and restaurants in close proximity. The unit was very comfortable and cozy. Saw dolphins from the balcony and having access to the beach from there was awesome.

This place was so nice we did not want to leave to go out to eat! The apt was steps up to the large porch directly on the beach. Great working with Seaside Property Shoppe.

We enjoyed the spacious 3 bedroom condo. It is perfectly located for golf, the beach and seafood dining.

We enjoyed our time in Florida, it was a great location. Property was clean and we enjoyed the beach chairs and toys that were available. Recommend providing more toilet paper ( only 2 rolls) and soap.

We've stayed at this spot many times before and love the view and location and the unit is comfortable for a family vacation. Bathrooms have been renovated and kitchen is well stocked with cooking equipment, but the kitchen decor is a little dated. Only complaint was that no paper towels were provided, and very limited paper goods (two rolls of toilet paper and a few garbage bags only lasted a day or two and we had to buy those supplies for the unit). Otherwise, it's a great vacation spot and experience.

Endless Summer Unit A has been our summer paradise for many years. It's perfect for our family. It is beautiful with lovely views and lots of room. We've spent many happy hours on that shady porch. I couldn't recommend this unit more for a family. The 2 units below are precious and perfect for a couple or small group.

This was our 6th time staying in Indian Shores, and out first time at Endless Summer On The Beach A! We new we would like it because of the location, etc. But we weren't sure about our friends who came down with us for their first family trip to Florida. Needless to say we ALL LOVED IT! The unit was perfect for our two families! We were already talking about when we'd be able to come down next. The closeness to the beach was very convenient! The other renters were very friendly, and the one permanent resident we met was friendly and made us all feel welcome! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice beach front unit! Nothing overly fancy, but very nice!

Enjoyed our return to Endless Summer. Very quiet, didn't even hear the traffic on Gulf Blvd. We like having private access to the beach, and all our favorite restaurants are close by.

We have been going to Endless Summer for over 20 years and we love it! I cannot imagine every staying anywhere else. There have been a few small issues but, after a phone call they are there and everything is taken care of. I would recommend Endless Summer if you want a home away from home! Its wonderful and we will continue to go back year after year.

My family and I have been making Endless Summer our "Coming Home" vacation for over 20 years. We have tried several of the rentals and they are all lovely. As our family has grown we rebook "A" every years. Over the years we have gone from a One Owner to a rental agency run group. However, it is still the "one-in-a-million". If you like the privacy, close to the beach, beautiful sunsets and the sand and sun of the Florida vacation. Then this place can be for you. We love to sit with on the porch with a glass of wine and watch the ever ending sunsets. The dcor has been freshened up and it is quite truthfully a very comfortable "home" for your stay. There's only one rule. Don't mess with our rental dates!:)

Outstanding in every way

It was the best week of vacation in a long long time. The perfect setting.

My husband and I had an awesome stay at endless summer for 10 days. We were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary. We Enjoyed endless walks on the beautiful beach, fantastic sunsets from the beautiful deck and great bar b q's. The rental was amazing home away from home. Clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated with a very well equipped kitchen. Enjoyed some restaurants in the area but we preferred enjoying our meals from the deck savouring the beautiful weather and listening to the waves. Everything was perfect and staff very helpful and accommodating. We will definitely return and encourage are friends to visit as well. A definite 10 ++++++

After staying at this venue many times over the last20 years it remains my dream venue.

We have rented this house multiple times and were very happy with the recent remodeling. Fabulous location, very well kept. We did have a slight problem with the wi-fi and there weren't enough beach towels as there have been in previous stays. Very minor compared to the total experience.

We had a lovely week in 'Endless summer on the Beach'. Enjoyed lots of sunsets, saw dolphins swimming along the shore. The house has everything you need, including a BBQ and a garage full of beach toys. Everything was newly renovated apart from the kitchen. The house is located in a pretty and quiet part right on the beach. We had a great week!

My family has been renting this beachhouse on Indian Shores for nearly 20 years! It has change hands from an individual owner to a rental company. The original closeness has been hard to beat but the new rental agency has been very cooperative. The upper unit has just been totally renovated. It has been well updated, nice and clean, right on the beach, quiet; just like "home". The porch furniture was uncomfortable and will be replaced soon. It needs high chairs and table to allow a nice view. Todays railings do not lend to good viewing from a porch unless they furniture is higher than the railing. My family spends most of our time on the beach or on the porch. The prices are higher than previous but it very difficult to leave this beautiful "home" away from "Home". Lorrie is always available to answer any questions or help out in any way. We feel fortunate to be able to have a family gathering here every year!

We have always enjoyed our stays at Endless Summer, this year was no exception. That being said, our happiness came from the view and some wonderful relationships we have developed over the years.
Sadly, I am sorry to say , Unit A
has never looked worse. 4 years ago it was " tired". To describe the unit today it would be called
dirty, and hazardous.
Lorri Marshall has ALWAYS gone above and beyond her job responsibilities, including buying me new linens for master bed. We of course reimbursed Lorri...
And that is just one example of how she takes care of her customers.
But Lorri can't take down wallpaper, or rip up carpets. The black mold I found was very upsetting. No doubt Lorri would have been right there to clean by my side, but that is not her role.
I have shared a great many of our concerns with her, and she actively listened and took notes.

Bottom line is, Unit A looked and felt " grungy". Anyone who rents immediately after our stay will find a clean unit because I scrubbed black mold away, cleaned both bathrooms throughly , cleaned and organized kitchen cabinets. Frankly, when I wasn't at the beach , I was "delousing" the unit. Perhaps I am over zealous,
but anyone can see the obvious things. Please , please update and replace the carpets, inside and out. Please paint the ceiling and take down the valances from the windows --- they were so dusty I sneezed any time I tried to
clean them.
The outdoor fans on the deck are so rusty, they really need to be painted as well.
I apologize for the tone of my missive. We don't need the Ritz Carlton, or the Four Seasons, we
love Endless Summer .
Please give Lorri the kudos she deserves. She was a true professional. Lorri was patient and very kind, as she always has been.

This is a great house, in a great location, on a great beach and everything was wonderful!

Property is in a great fairly private location right on the beach; our dryer broke down but staff had it fixed within a day; only a few reservations are that the kids thought the tv's in the unit were dated and the decor is dated; also we had to ask several times for extra household supplies which should have already been in the unit; but overall a great place to stay and we would rent this unit again.

Our only concern and drawback with Endless Summer A is the great need for updating within the unit.. Inside is a blast from the 80's.. Carpet, furniture, kitchen cabinets, appliances, ceiling fans inside & out and grass wall paper all need a serious freshening up and replacement.. It doesn't have to be state of the art.. Just a bit newer! :) Leather couches from say, Rooms To Go Outlet are affordable and much cleaner.
But we as a family we overlook all this for the peace & beauty we all enjoy during our stay! Thx!
