Absolutely loved this stay. Property was clean and provided everything needed. The view of the water is absolutely amazing. With 3 young boys we had everything we needed for an awesome trip. Pool, pool toys. 3 minute walk to the beach, complete with beach wagon, chairs, umbrellas. Close to John’s pass for activities like dolphin tours, wave runners, shopping and restaurants.

Beautiful house and perfect location to restaurants and shops.
Heated pool a big bonus. Easy beach access.
Suggestions:
-need rubber stripping under -nd between shower doors in MBath - water gets out and onto floor
-ceiling fan to noisy to run at nite in twin bed room - room got really “warm”
-**would be nice to have keypad entry - long way to rental office - then to have to backtrack to where we were going next.
Rental office is at least 30 min in opposite direction of house location

Otherwise - great stay at this property. Looking to coming back again.

This location was great to sit outside on the deck and watch the sun set. The property was clean and well appointed. We really enjoyed our stay. My only issue was when we arrived for early check in which had been arranged I was scolded like a child because it wasn’t fair to other guests who didn’t get to check in this early. For reference the unit was empty the week prior.

We were a group of 6 women-very comfortable sleeping-plenty of room. Rental was very clean. A lot of pool and beach supplies including coolers :) A very short drive (we walked) to Johns Pass. Uber ride ranged from $6-$10 depending on time of day. One challenge for us (sixty year olds) was bringing our suitcases up the stairs to enter the rental. The door pictured in the listing (blue) is actually to the garage.I should have figured that out and didn't. Pool was very nice and just right for the size of our group. Our only complaint is that there is no lockbox or code for entering, We had to go to a rental office both to pick up and drop off the keys. So goingout separate was with a group creates the "who is taking the keys question? We were given two sets. We find a lock box or code much more convenient when renting. That was honestly the only complaint for his rental. Overall =really nice !

The property itself was beautifully decorated, clean, well-stocked, and very comfortable. We visited in February, but that didn’t stop my son from enjoying the heated pool. We were a little afraid to park the large SUV that we rented in the garage. We were able to park on the pad in front of the garage though. It’s possible that it would fit, but the garage doors looked small, and we didn’t want to chance it. I’d say that this place was a home away from home, but it’s more like the home that I wish I had.

The location was great. It’s just a short walk to the beach. If you don’t feel like walking, there is a little bit of ocean visible between the buildings that you can see from the porch. I enjoyed drinking my coffee on the porch and watching the waves in the morning. There is a great little café down the down the road within walking distance for those of us that like to start the day with a gourmet coffee and breakfast. We also thought that John’s pass was great. We’d walk down and grab dinner and an after-dinner ice cream for our son.

Overall, it was a wonderful visit and we are thankful that we found such a gem to live in for the week.

This is our second year staying in this house. We love it, it has everything we need to enjoy the house and the beach. Clean and comfortable. We spend much of the day either on the beach or the front porch. Walking distance to many restaurants including John’s Pass.

Only issue is hall bath sink faucet has very low water pressure.

Stay was great. Property is across the street to the beach (you can even see the ocean from the front porch), pool was very nice to have and private. My only complaint was the issue with the internet. Seems like it had constant issues with connection and the TVs were also very confusing. It wouldn't hinder my from booking again, however. Excellent place.

This was our second year staying at Completely Coastal. It is very clean and modern along with being close to everything. The folks at The Property Shoppe are great to work with and very responsive.

This property was in a fantastic location. A short walk and you were on the beach, at restaurants, and shops. My family loved the pool. Layout was terrific but smaller than what we anticipated. The area rugs and furniture could use a good cleaning.

May family of 5 stayed here March 2022. The home was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities we needed. The beds were comfortable. We loved the sectional in the living room which for all 5 of us! The house was very clean when we arrived. The property manager was responsive and very easy to work with. She texted me directly and answered any questions I had. The location was perfect, right across the street from the beach, with a view of the ocean. Although Gulf Blvd. was busy at times, there is a crosswalk with flashing lights directly in front of the house, and traffic will stop for you to cross. Our kids loved the heated pool, since the ocean was too cold for them to swim. The beach was never crowded, and was wide so there was plenty of space to spread out. The house had pool toys, beach chairs, umbrella, and a beach wagon in the garage for us to use. John’s pass, which had many shops and restaurants, was about a 10 minute walk. There was a Publix within 5 minutes drive, and Wal-mart close as well. Tampa was about a 45 minute drive, and Clearwater was about 30 min(with traffic). We have not travelled to Florida for spring break before, and we’re concerned about there being a “party crowd” atmosphere, but we were so happy that Madeira beach was calm and very family friendly. We will definitely stay here again!

This was the second time we rented Completely Coastal. The rental is very up to date and is extremely well outfitted - from towels to kitchen supplies. Our favorite part was the private pool.

The house was just as described. Lovely home, lots of towels, big garage, perfect pool. Would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our vacation and would highly recommend. The property was exactly as described and the most well equipped home we have ever stayed at. Lots of towels and beach items also. We were able to check in a little early since it was ready. The location to the beach is right across the street and easy access using the beach access We were able to walk to John’s Pass, a few other nearby restaurants and having the 7-11 next door was extremely convenient. The only minor inconvenience was having to drive to Indian Rocks Beach to get and return the key. Other than that, it was a great home in a great location filled with everything needed for a wonderful beach vacation. We thoroughly enjoyed the private pool also.

Our family has stayed in this rental property for two years now, and each time has been a wonderful experience. They provide all the necessary cleaning supplies that we needed throughout the week. The only downside to staying in this condo is that there is no electric keypad which means you have to keep track of the keys, and the pool area gets shaded quite quickly due to the fence. Overall, our family LOVES this condo and will continue to book each year we visit Madeira.

Completely Coastal did not disappoint. Our family of five loved having our own pool while being just a three minute walk from the beach. The chaise chairs under the deck were perfect for lazy, shaded times spent reading on vacation. I also loved being able to see both the ocean and the intercoastal waterway while I sat on the deck sipping tea in the mornings. The kitchen is well equipped for when you want to stay in, but there's plenty of restaurants within walking distance or a short drive for when you don't. We also found plenty of towels, and anything we could possibly need for time at the beach including a wagon, chairs and boogie boards. My only complaint is the lack of curtains in the Master bedroom as it gets a lot of light that made sleeping in and naps difficult. When we go back to Madeira Beach we will definitely stay here again.

Was a nice house to stay in that was clean, well stocked and management company was available if needed. Would stay again. Only thoughts are wish they had a larger trash can in the garage (it was rather small) and wish there was a fridge in the garage. Outside of that you cant go wrong here

Completely Coastal was probably the best places we have stayed. Very well stocked with items, super clean and a great location. The staff was super easy to work with and would definitely go there again.

The rents was amazingly clean and comfortable!! Perfect for my family of myself and 3 kids!! Great beach access and close to everything!!

Property was better than pictured. Very well stocked with QUALITY dishes, flatware, cookware, towels and linens. I've never felt so "at home" while on vacation.

We loved our stay and will definitely come back to this location. The proximity to the beach and activities down at St John's Pass was a bonus. The fridge went out on day one and even though we had to wait for a replacement the office was very helpful with bringing extra coolers and ice to store everything. Loved having our own pool during covid, my kids did want the owners to consider adding a hot tub under the stairs by the pool.

Very nice house great location for going to and from beach. House was beautiful and very comfortable.

Honestly the best rental we have stayed at in all our travels. This is an excellent location steps from the beach and a very easy walk to John’s Pass. Very quick drive to Publix just minutes away. The pool was clean and warm. Perfect for morning and evening swims. The beach across the street was never very crowded and it was very clean. The house is decorated beautifully with all high-quality amenities. Plenty of towels and anything you can think of in the kitchen that you would need. The only area for improvement I can think of is the water pressure of the showers. The only area for improvement I can think of is the water pressure up the showers. It is basically a trickle. But that’s just me nitpicking. I cannot wait to return to this house. Siesta Key has always been our go to but now we are Madeira fans all the way!

Awesome home! Plenty of beach towels, toys, chairs, umbrella and a very short walk to the beach. The private salt water pool was just what we needed with 2 small children. The kitchen was well stocked and essentials in the pantry were plentiful.

We enjoyed our two week stay in the Completely Coastal unit very much. The location with regard to the beach was excellent and it was an easy walk to John’s Pass. Garage contained beach supplies, chairs and a cart. Garage doors are very narrow and we had to fold in mirrors to get the mini van inside. Keys would not work in the beginning but management sent someone down to fix them. Kitchen well stocked with dishes, glasses, pots and pans. Great appliances. Comfortable beds. Shower in master bath had a large shower head which didn’t have much water pressure. We had good support from management. We would have enjoyed the pool more if it had been warmer outside. We could see the beach from the front window. We would definitely come back.

Our family of five (including three kiddos 5 and under) had an absolute blast staying here! It was the perfect set up for a family vacay. There is a busy street between the house and the beach, but we didn't seem to notice and spent a ton of time on the porch and down by the pool. You can't get closer to the beach AND have a private pool at these rates... amazing combo! The house had beach chairs, umbrellas, a cart to transport it all, plus pool toys/floaties.

Great place to make memories, beautiful and comfortable for 6. Beware, they do not provide toilet paper or coffee so you'll definitely be running to the store.

The house is nicely decorated. It matched the on-line description except no Jacuzzi. It has a tube with jets, but they weren't working. Had trouble with the keys. They stick sometimes. The heated pool is lovely with a good fence that breaks the wind. It would have been great if it had a rail to hold onto to get into it. The garage is very narrow. Hard to park a van. It would have been helpful if the management had included information on places to eat in Maderia Beach and not Indian Rocks. Really great ice cream at the nearby Candy Kitchen. Now understand why people go to the beach from Tampa. It was very peaceful and relaxing.

One of the best houses we have rented.... was exceptionally clean and everything in the house was high ended... we really enjoyed the pool and right across the street from the beach and just a few blocks to Johns Pass... Couldn’t have ask for more than that....

My husband and I went for a week to explore the area and visit the famous Dali Museum and The Chihuly Glass Museum, something I've wanted to do forever. The house was accessible to everything! John's Pass is a short walk away, as is a cute little cafe with great breakfasts and lunches called, "Sweet Brewnette". The house was spotless, and extremely comfortable. We LOVED hanging by the refreshing saltwater pool and relaxing. In the afternoons, we loved relaxing on the porch and watching the beach, sunsets and the world going by. The 7-11 across the street came in very handy! And ordering groceries from Publix was easy too. It was wonderful to have the garage for parking. All in all, a fantastic stay and property! Thanks so much!!

The house was exactly as you see it in the pictures, beautiful decor, great location. We enjoyed sitting on the front deck looking at the gulf. Easy access to the beach right across the street. Beautiful pool area with a heated pool. We found great beach chairs and an umbrella in the garage. The property has everything you need for a great beach vacation.

We loved this place. The private pool was fantastic!! The house had everything you could possibly need. So close to the uncrowned beach. Great layout if you have kids. Only suggestions would be blinds on the front full glass door. Was a really great stay, thanks for having us!

The rental was great! Ruth, the rental agent contacted me a few days before to make sure we knew where to go when we arrived. Great customer service! The property itself is beautiful! It doesn’t feel like a rental. We have two small kids so cooking at home is a must. The place is furnished like a high end house! Never have I rented such a well furnished vacay house/kitchen. It’s right across from the beach and the view from the front porch of the ocean is very relaxing. Only downside is being on gulf blvd which is busy. But, it’s not really that big of deal. The pool is perfect for families! My kids loved playing on the sundeck in the pool. And, we loved that it was saltwater. For a native Floridian, the pool heater was set to awesome! Haha! Thanks for having us! We loved our stay.

Beautiful place to stay,pool was really warm,nice decor and very clean,located in the perfect spot for walking anywhere from beach to boardwalk,would definately stay again and was perfect for the young grandkids.only problem was a bit of a long drive to get key at 3:00,very busy traffic with lots of stops.

Loved the space and the location. Newly remodeled and very nice space to relax after a day at the beach. The private heated pool also hit the spot. View of the ocean from the front and side deck makes for a great place to relax in the morning or evening. Had two families for spring break and we had a wonderful time. Walking distance to restaurants and bars. My only suggestion to the owners would be to allow for a key code. Driving to Indian shores on a busy saturday took almost two hours round trip. We originally had planned to Uber to the house but luckily we did have a rental car to go pick up. Logistics of getting the key back when two families had different flights back was also not ideal. All in all a great week for our whole group.

Excellent location. Heated pool was so convenient having a toddler, and being able to use it in february. Property was well stocked with towels and linens, as well as plenty of beach toys/essentials (umbrella, beach chairs, cart to get them across the street easily). The beach was not crowded at all at this location--a huge bonus compared to beaches within a few miles up & down the coast. Would easily come back to this property again.

Completely coastal is the perfect rental property. Feels just like home and has all the ammentities of home. They don’t skimp on anything. Everyone at the rental office is so accommodating and nice. We’ve stayed at a lot of rental properties and this was up there with the best! The only thing I would recommend is a larger dresser in the master bedroom and more hangers.

This place was incredible! It is perfectly kept and beautiful inside and out! It was very clean and fresh! The beds were comfortable and the linens smelled freshly washed! The views were incredible and the private heated pool was awesome! The location was great with plenty of places to eat close by and the beach was just steps away!! Love love love this place!!!

THIS HOUSE LOOKED EXACTLY LIKE THE PICTURES. THE POOL AREA WAS PERFECT AND EVERYTHING WAS REALLY CLEAN! THE LOCATION WAS AWESOME! EASY COUPLE MINUTE WALK TO THE BEACH, OR 15 MINUTE WALK TO JOHN'S PASS WHERE ALL THE SHOPPING AND RESTAURANTS ARE. THE VIEW FROM THE FRONT PORCH WAS REALLY BEAUTIFUL. THE ONLY DOWNSIDE IS YOU DO HEAR TRAFFIC, AND NOT THE OCEAN, BUT IT DIDN'T BOTHER US.

I DO HAVE SOME SUGGESTIONS, WHICH DO NOT TAKE AWAY FROM THIS AMAZING UNIT:
-HOOKS IN THE BATHROOMS WERE FALLING OUT OF THE WALL, AND WEREN'T USABLE. MORE STURDY HOOKS FOR BATHING SUITS AND TOWELS WOULD BE GREAT, WITH BETTER WALL ANCHORS.
-THE GUEST BEDROOM COULD HAVE USED A DRESSER FOR CLOTHES, OR MAYBE SOME SHELVING IN THE CLOSET.
-MORE HANGERS.

Rental home is as advertised and we found it to be perfect in every way. Pool was a great size for 6 of us and heater worked great. Beach cart in garage was a nice bonus. The location of this rental is superb; within walking distance to John's Pass, easy walk to the beach, and easy access to grocery and main routes. Visited Castaway's two doors down for great atmosphere and food. We traveled end of February and I would highly recommend this rental and rental management company.

Our experiences at our rental was outstanding! Walks on the beach, visiting Johns Pass and hanging around the heated pool, awesome! The inside of the home had top quality appliances and was beautiful!

This property is amazing! It was super clean, well appointed and extremely attractive and comfortable. I cannot think of one thing to improve our stay! The photos are very accurate and the location is perfect! Convenient to walk to John's Pass, restaurants and the beach. The owners have not cut one corner on this property, inside or out! We could not use the pool ONLY because of the weather during our week in January. The heater was on as promised and the pool was clean. I must also mention that the current property managers are super responsive, friendly and professional. We enjoyed our stay and were absolutely satisfied!

We stayed here and were more than happy with everything at this beach house. The decor is perfect and has everything that you would need for a great stay including beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, and all of the kitchen stuff you would need. This is a great location as well as it is a short walk to John's Pass. The beach access is right across the street. I am guessing that we will be back next hear at this beach house as we absolutely loved it.

Had a blast in Madeira Beach. The property was in NEW condition and we were so glad the property had some beach chairs and functional kitchen and bathrooms. Close to the beach and easy access to restaurants in both directions. We used after hours access from the Seaside Property Management coming in town and leaving town. Great trip!

The place was one of the best we've stayed at. Our travels take us all over the country and this has to be at the top of the list.. Kitchen was awesome as well as the rest of the house. Very classy
