Barefootin'

Loved it! As advertised. It had been 25 years since we last visited Indian Shores and the accommodations did not disappoint. Can’t wait to plan our next trip.

This place was absolutely wonderful! Very clean, spacious, and a fantastic view of the Gulf! We loved it! The only problem was that the elevator didn't work and we were on the 5th floor (72) steps!! We had to leave earlier than we planned due to our age and the difficulty of climbing up and down all those steps. Thank goodness we had help getting our things up and down the steps! They were extremely nice and very helpful. We really appreciated them doing that for us!

Our stay at Barefootin' was great. We love the keyless entry; no need to keep track of a key. The view is awesome. We saw dolphins almost every day. We did get our exercise as the elevator was out and the condo is on the 5th floor. We were advised the elevator was out prior to our arrival. We get groceries delivered and use the trolley to get around. We travel up and down the blvd to different eateries. The sliding door does need some WD40. The condo had everything we needed. The kitchen and bath welcome kits are an awesome idea. The furniture was comfortable. Seaside Properties was great to work with.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Our major issue was the elevator was not in operation all week. Climbing 6 flights of stairs became old real fast. The other issue was the door lock. It took at least 2-3 tries each time to enter the unit. On the plus side beach chairs and beach towels were provided. The unit was clean, the pool was great and just a short walk to the beach. Overall very nice.

Condo was as listed, good condition, supplies, linens. View of gulf was excellent, beach beautiful. Pool was warm and clean. Con: During our five day stay the elevator was out. Since we were on the fifth floor it was difficult.

Beautiful would definitely rent again

This condo checked all the boxes, from location to having everything you need in the condo. The management company answered right away when we were having problems with the grill, and replaced it the nest day with a new one. Had such a great time, we will definitely be back!

We spent 10 days here and we loved every minute of it. The condo was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The view is stunning. We definitely plan to return next year!

Property was extremely clean. Very comfortable bed and great bath towels. The view and facility can not be beat. We will definitely book again.

Condo was clean and in a great location. Rental experience was smooth and easy. Definitely would stay again! A walk-in shower with glass doors would make this unit perfect!

This place was perfect for two people. The expansive view from the balcony was just what we were looking for! We could sit out there and hear the waves, drink coffee in the morning, watch the sunset, and see the stars come out at night.
Check -In and Check-Out was seamless with keyless entry and texts and emails from Taylor at the Seaside Property Shoppe.
The condo had everything we needed including new beach towels and beach chairs. The bed and bed linens were so comfortable and we had plenty of clean white towels for our stay. Having a washer and dryer in the condo was great too.
There were printed instructions about the condo on arrival, an invoice for our stay, places to visit near by, and information on check-out procedures.
The Seaside Property Shoppe did a great job and we had no need to call them about anything.

Outstanding

One week stay, everything was great, beautiful beach and close to restaurants and grocery stores. The property was very quiet which was nice. We have friends living just a few miles away and we’re able to have a great time with them as well.

We had a wonderful time in Barefootin'. Condo was clean when we arrived and just as described. Convenient to elevator without a ton of noise. Building well build so you don't hear neighbors etc. Beautiful views form the condo patio. Bathroom could use a refresh, but it was adequate. Would recommend this unit for sure!

We really loved this condo & would love to stay again next winter. When we tried to book for Feb, 2024 the rental agent said it was "on hold" & couldn't tell me whether we would be able to rent. Also, the Red Tide was really bad...

We had a wonderful week at “Barefootin”! The condo has recently been updated with new appliances, including a washer and dryer, and is the perfect size for two people. It was sparkling clean upon our arrival. We were pleasantly surprised by how peaceful the property is! The unit is directly across from the elevator which is an added convenience, and we never heard the elevator at all. The kitchen is perfectly appointed for cooking if you’d like to stay in (except an oven mitt would be useful and we couldn’t find one); and you’re close to fantastic local restaurants when you want to dine out. Be sure to walk across the street to Salt Rock Grill for dinner! The owners really thought of everything. The sheets and towels are new, low rise beach chairs are provided and there were plenty of board games to entertain us during Tropical Storm Nicole. You won’t find better views of sunset over the Gulf! It was the perfect week and we hated to leave. Taylor at The Seaside Property Shoppe was great to work with, making check-in/out a breeze! Getting ready to book again for spring!

Going right to the condo and being able to go right to the front door with an easy to use keypad for entry was great after traveling. Beautiful view from the top floor of the building! Communication with the property was great!
