The Seaside Property Shoppe cares, they really do. They cared about our family vacation and worked tirelessly to work out the details regarding the vacation we had booked and paid for, in full, for April. Due to Covid 19, we had to cancel.

Jennifer and Sharon, the Owners, are professional and knowledgeable. Also important, they respond promptly to questions and concerns. They cancelled our reservation as we requested and worked tirelessly sorting out the details and refunding our money. The customer service we experienced was excellent!
