The Rose #703

The condo had been completely updated and was very comfortable. We were very close to shopping and dining. We couldn’t have found a nicer condo. We will come back.

We spent 2 weeks at this lovely apartment. Although parts of the apartment are dated, I know the owners are slowly updating things - they have remodelled the bathrooms which are gorgeous. Saying that, everything was extremely clean and comfortable. The apartment is a good size, stunning views, and well located for restaurants and bars within walking distance. We had no issues while we there and management company were really helpful when we needed a couple of questions answered. The apartment is located in a well maintained building. We’ll be booking this apartment again when next in Indian Shores.

The rental was a spacious 3 bedroom unit on the top floor offering beautiful views of the sunsets in the evenings. The pool was never crowded. The walks on the beach were wonderful.

This property was exceptional! Fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and furniture, and very clean. Owners provided lots of beach chairs and umbrellas. The pool was well-maintained, and the beach was clean. Taylor from Seaside Property Shoppe was responsive and great to work with.

Pride of ownership is obvious in this spacious top floor 3 bedroom beachfront condo with beautifully maintained grounds. Lovely, relaxing vacation! Will be returning!

Condo was wonderful. Great view and the unit had everything we could possibly need. Our only disappointment was the lack of an outdoor grill and we talked to Seaside about this at the end of our stay and several owners at The Rose and understand it is not possible due to insurance purposes. This would be the only deterrent from staying there in the future. We have stayed down the road at a few different places where this was offered... and also talked to an owner who owns other property along the shore where this is offered.

An absolute plus was the heated pool!!!!! If you get a grill, let us know as we plan to return to IRB in April 2022.

The condo was ideal for my wife and I to have our children and grandchildren spend several days with them at Indian Shores. Even though, the three weeks were during the Easter season,the beach and pool areas were not crowded. Chairs and lounges were always available for our use. No towels were placed on lounges in the early morning reserving them for the entire day which is common practice at other properties.If you are looking for loud music and party " hoopla" you will not find it here. We are looking forward to coming back soon.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the The Rose #703. The condo feels large, has two updated bathrooms (through no bathtub, which may be important to know if you have a little one like we do) and the most spectacular views of the ocean! The condo is right across the street from a lovely coffee shop that is open from 7am - 4pm daily, and the Salt Rock Grill (highly recommend) is within easy walking distance. The condo came with beach toys, plenty of beach towels, and a fully stocked kitchen. Would definitely stay again!

This was my 8th year at The Rose. The location is perfect and offers the most beautiful beach and sunset views! Close to great restaurants and the little coffee house across the street has the best muffins ever!

This is my third consecutive year at The Rose and never disappointed!! Love the location, the security and the renters and permanent residents at The Rose.

This location and condo was perfect for our family get together over the holidays. The neighbors were friendly.
This had a well stocked kitchen for a chef, it had all I needed to make nice meals for the family.
The space is very large and well laid out for family time.
The photos didn't do it justice, the space is larger than it looks. The balcony faces sunset and is large with 4 seating areas nicely laid out and furnished.

Returned again this year and had a great vacation once again. Hoping to return again next year to our favourite place for our vacation.

This is my seventh annual visit at The Rose. Last two years have rented for a month! Love the location, restaurants near by and the beautiful beach!! However, the elevator was inoperable for one week, and being on the seventh floor was very much a challenge!!

This was our second year at the Rose. The apartment is roomy and clean with all the comforts of home. The only negative is there is only one shower. the second bathroom had a tub with a hand sprayer.

Great stay in this condo right on the ocean. Very comfortable and cozy. Well equipped. Only suggestions would be updated crockpot and better lighting. Possibly use LED lights rather than the existing light bulbs. Would surely stay again. Only draw back was the need to drive to restaurants.

Returned again this year and spent a month at this lovely condo. Everything was perfect. Loved every minute and hope to return next year. Once again service from Lorri at Seaside Shoppe was second to none. Thank you to owners Jim & Sue and also thank you to Lorri for all her help making sure we had all we needed to make our vacation memorable.

We absolutely loved our time at The Ros. It is a great location for golf courses, restaraunts, and movies.
The view from the balcony is amazing and being right on The Gulf is awesome. It's all top of our list and after many years of searching for the best in Florida we now know we have it.

We stayed in Unit 703 a couple of years ago and enjoyed our vacation there. The owner has updated a number of things in the unit and we were really pleased to see this when we arrived. Everything looked just perfect.
