Beach Cottage II #2501

Had a great time.the accommodations were good. We love the area and will continue to future at Beach Cottages. The Seaside shop takes good care of us, and is always available for help if needed.

Very spacious with two bedrooms and bathrooms and 3 patios.

We are repeat visitors. The condo is roomy and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Great location where we could walk the beach, walk to restaurants and shops.

This is the third time we have rented a unit at the Beach Cottage II property. The key pick up experience was perfectly executed and the property itself was well maintained as always. The only minor issue was that the hot tub was "hot" the first day then cold for the balance of the week. Unit 2501 although functional was in need of some upgrades especially the guest bathroom. Some small appliances that were not in working order still remained on premise and needed to be replaced. The air conditioning unit was extremely loud and needs to be attended to. To summarize the unit is a little tired and needs some TLC. The last question on survey, I would recommend the property however not unit 2501.

Very comfortable condo

The group of kids by the pier north of property caused trouble and injury. While the unit was fine, your security over the top, we were not able to enjoy the fireworks due to the kids throwing fireworks into the crowd. The sheriff of Pasco county went over to talk with them and they had no problem telling them off. We made 3 to 4 guys to 911 and nothing was done until some kids were injured. While lack of police response was very concerning and all you tried to do for security was limiting, it was very disappointing. Would recommend except for 4th of July week.

Nice comfortable condo, great view. Beds very comfortable. Beach awesome! . Was hoping March 2024 would be open, but already booked.

We had a great stay at #2501. It was clean, spacious, had everything we needed in the kitchen. The beach is beautiful, not too packed. The service was great, but we really didn't need anything. Couldn't be happier. LOVED IT!

It was wonderful. The staff was excellent.

Very nice, spacious property. We had a two bedroom. It had lots of room and was very clean with beautiful views of the Gulf.

We loved our trip to Indian shores! The condo was very clean and sufficient. So close to the beach, & the pool was great! It’s not the most cosmetically updated condo but we didn’t care about that! Beds were comfy! I would suggest adding a TV in the second bedroom we didn’t realize the kids wouldn’t have one.

It was clean & had everything we needed! Plenty linens, dishes, silverware, nice cookware & skillets, beach chairs etc. & 3 balconies with furniture.

Great view. Pool and hot tub, and walk the beach. Stay at Beach Cottages has it all ! Great room with kitchen is nice get-together with friends.

Great view, and pool area. We grilled, used the hot tub and pool. Walked the beach every day. Weather was fantastic. Ate at the Frog pond, Sea Breeze and the Beach Pizza.

We enjoyed every minute of our stay. The unit was very clean and the building was quiet. The unit overlooks the beach and is easily accessible. We would love to stay here again. The Seaside Property Shoppe was the best!

Perfect location in Indian Shores with accessibility to everything. On the beach with great strip of sand and a great pool deck. The condo its LP is perfect, it has a warm home feeling with a spectacular view

The condo was very clean and spacious- very nice amenities with a great view of the beach and pool area. The only disappointment was the beach equipment available for use- chairs were falling apart and umbrella had a tear on top. Would still consider a repeat visit in the future for a quiet and peaceful vacation.

Beach Cottage II is ideally located on the Gulf coast of Florida in Indian Shores, south of Clearwater. What can be better than breakfast on your patio with a view of the Gulf. There is a huge patio with a swimming pool and hot tub. The patio is a great place to soak up some sun, read a book or take a nap. The environs of Beach Cottage II are clean and well maintained. Many of the residents are owners, so there is no partying and wild parties from spring breakers. The folks at Seaside Property Shoppes are great to work with. There are so many good restaurants in this area. Our first stop is usually Seabreeze Island and Grill and of course no trip is complete without a grouper sandwich at Dockside Dave's. Sweet Sage Cafe in North Redington Beach is good for more than one breakfast and this year we found a new favorite place called Three Olives in the Portobello Shopping Center. If you can find a unit to rent in Beach Cottage II, I highly recommend it. You won't be disappointed.

An ideal spot for two winter weary Canadians. Fantastic sunsets, long beach walks and runs, very comfortable and spacious condo, and heated pool and spa. We couldn't have asked for anything more.

It was great, my kids loved the pool and hot tub. Loved the beach access and the volleyball net. The condo was great plenty of room for the 5 of us, we will be returning next year.

We had a fantastic week in this condo very spacious. Very clean, could use updated mattresses.

It was great! Even though Tropical Storm Alberto was in for the first 3 days, the condo was a great place to chill during the storm. the internet and power stayed up and we were able to watch movies and eat. Shower was fantastic and having 3 balconies was also great.

We stayed for 8 days. Our family of four ( two children ages 5 and 8) had a great time. The area is perfect for families and adults looking to get away. The unit is amazing and has 3 balconies; the views are wonderful. We will use Seaside again for our next stay in the area.

Love the condo and the 3 balconies! My only complaint about the place is I wish there was a pantry or cabinet that you could put your food in for the week I hated having to put all of our stuff on the counter.

Overall our trip was very nice. The condo was plenty big for the 4 of us. There was a bit of confusion about getting the key to condo. Had to purchase paper towel and toilet paper. This should be provided. The bedding was a bit old and could be updated. Remote for tv needed new batteries and none available in condo. The pool and pool deck were plenty big. Plenty of lounges for everyone. Staff at Beach Cottages very friendly. Would stay there again.

Not good, Realtor ( Sharon) would not even return phone calls.
We needed to come home early and they would not honor our request. Even asked for phone number of owners as we have stayed there several years and came home a week early due to family death on two occasions and never asked for any money back. We came home early anyway and they did not refund any money. We also were able to get 8 nice mesh used chairs for balcony as theirs were cheap plastic, and not so much as a Thank you, Worn out love seat with a throw on it. They are not going to upgrade furniture etc. paper thin sheets etc. great view was the positive. ALWAYS left place better than we found it.
VERY DISAPPOINTED!

A Great location on Gulf boulevard and the condo had a fabulous view for sunsets. The condo was clean with comfortable beds and furniture, safe underground parking and close to the bars and restaurants we like to use. All in all a Great time for us.

This is my second year at Beach Cottage II. The condo is cozy, comfortable and not to mention so close to the beach! Will be back next year.

I will be back! I had a wonderful week in #2501. A beautiful view of the ocean. Our stay was cozy, clean and had all the amenities you needed plus more! Ideal location on Indian Shore.

One word describes our time here......Fantastic.

We love this condo. It's very quiet and has a great view of the Gulf. It's fairly well stocked but some of the kitchen items need to be replaced/pitched. There were general maintenance things that could have been addressed like burned out light bulbs and a loose toilet. We also felt the condo could have been cleaner--mirrors and patio doors were so streaked. We felt like we swept up a lot of sand that we didn't track in. Several of the dishes had to be rewashed before we could use them.
The pool area is awesome. The beach is wonderful BUT the red tide algae makes you cough and cough. It was disturbing to go to the beach and hear everyone cough. Because of the red tide we will seriously look into this before booking again in this area.

Great views from all balconies. The pool & hot tub were well maintained & inviting. Furniture was very comfortable. Loved the kitchen & bathroom updates. Close to many of our favorite restaurants.

This was our second vacation in Beach Cottage II #2501. We loved the updates to the Kitchen & Master Bath!!!!
Location is great for us-centrally located to many of our favorite restaurants-JD'S, LuLu's, Keegan's, Guppies, Conch, Screwie Louie's, & Sea Breeze-among others.
The views are fantastic from all balconies.

We love this unit!! It's so quiet and away from everything but still a great view of the Gulf!! The kitchen is well equipped except some of the pans need to be pitched because they're rusty. Love the remodeled master shower. We were frustrated with general repairs..stopper in second bathroom sink wouldn't work; smoke detector hanging from the ceiling; poor condition of patio furniture. We also would request that more paper products be left in the unit...paper towels, coffee filters, toilet tissue, facial tissue. We have booked this unit for next year but there are a few things we'd like to see improved upon.

I would definitely rent again.

This is a wonderful unit with a new kitchen. The kitchen is well-equipped but some of the pans are old and should be updated. Lots of linens and towels but we could only find one washcloth in the whole unit. It's a very quiet unit since it is on the top floor. Complex has easy access to the beach and a nice parking space. We loved it so much we have already booked it for next year!!!

We spend two weeks every March at Beach Cottage II #2501 and enjoy our time there. Condo is right on the beach. Clean, well located, assigned under-roof parking, and usually perfect weather!

The condo and it's location is excellent however, we found the bathrooms as well as some bottom cupboards and the fridge not as clean as in the past. We were forced to purchase cleansers as well as light bulbs since several lights were out. Also it would be nice to have free WIFI in the condo.
