Sunrise Harbor

We enjoyed our stay in this house. Good location. Everything we needed. Big kitchen area! We loved the backyard outdoor area and the sunroom. Thanks! Would recommend this property.

Sunrise Harbour is a wonderful holiday home. It was a joy and a privilege to see the dolphins every day! Very comfortable place to stay. A couple of small niggles - the sliding glass doors need to have eye level stickers to show when they are shut. Our daughter got a nasty split lip when she walked into one as it appeared open. The other thing was that there were a few cockroaches around - mostly dead thank goodness but one did surprise us in the bedroom! One of the ovens was a bit grubby but as I didn't cook at all on the holiday (why would I it was a holiday afterall!) it wasn't a problem. I must stress that these are only minor issues and I would not hesitate to recommend Sunrise Harbor as the perfect relaxation holidy destination.

Communication with rental company was great. House was in great condition, kitchen stocked, plus pool floats and chairs available. Would definitely stay here again if so were to visit the area again.

Our family of seven had one of our best vacations at the Sunrise Harbor!! The home is located in an excellent neighborhood where it felt safe to go on walks and visit local eateries. The property was well maintained and the backyard had a spectacular view as we enjoyed fishing and swimming in the heated pool. The home was very clean, beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped, except for needing new skillets. The management company, The Seaside Property Shoppe, was awesome to work with throughout our stay. Taylor was super nice and promptly attended to our needs. So, don't hesitate to reserve this amazing property. Thank you to the owners for sharing your beautiful home with us.

This is our second stay at Sunrise Harbor, and we enjoyed it just as much as the first. The home was clean upon arrival and is very cozy. The views from the backyard are just breathtaking. We spent hours either in the pool or just relaxing in some of the many chairs out there, watching the boats and dolphins go by. The home is equipped with pool floats and fishing poles. There are 3 bedrooms plus an office that has a fold-out couch, so plenty of room to sleep. The additional porch in the back of the home offers great views as well if you want to sit inside. We just love this place and can't wait to go back again. Also the management company is fantastic; very responsive and easy to deal with.

This property is awesome. We want to come back!!! It is in the nicest neighborhood in the area. Not touristy, but close enough to Clearwater if you want a little of that.

The pool and dock were our favorite place to be. They have some awesome chairs on the dock that swivel so you can look at everything happening all around, and very comfortable. So much going on watching boats go by, manatee, dolphin, birds and fish!!! Sunset and sunrise were equally amazing. House layout was perfect for two couples and one 12 yr old. All the creature comforts you could want! Beds were really comfortable too!

The front door was a little tricky to enter, but once we got in it was smooth sailing after that. There could have been more shade at the pool. We brought our own umbrella (a beach umbrella) and used it on the dock during the day. Without that, it would have been too hot to sit and fish for long periods of time.

To sum it up ... we didn’t want to leave... best vacation ever!!!

Here is a list of issues we reported with the property that were never resolved, except the pool:
1. Sofa beds not usable-the mattresses are thin and stained. The mattress topper was very dated and soiled with stains.
2. Pillows stained-the pillows were stained and need to be replaced.
3. Pool not functioning-jets were not on and waterfall wasn't working.
4. Toilets-toilet seats in the master suits need to be replaced. Porcelain is cracking. One master had a frog in the toilet.
5. Wine cooler-winer cooler doesn't get cold.
6. Ironing board-the board is too small to use
7. Towels&wash rags-the towels and wash rags are very old. Not usable.
8. Washer&dryer-washer has a bad odor and the dryer doesn't completely dry the clothes. We have to run it through the cycle twice.
9. Found trash in the bedroom from previous guests.

As a result of our bedding issues, we had to purchase two air mattresses, pillows and comforters&sheet sets. Seaside Properties first agreed to reimburse us but have gone back on their word.

Overall the house was just as nice as the photos suggest, was clean and in good condition, and had just about all of the things we needed but didn't want to pack: beach towels, hair dryer, kitchen necessities, etc. We loved the waterfall in the pool as well as the different kinds of birds and dolphins we sighted.

This vacation home was perfect for our family vacation- 8 adults & 2 young children.The livingroom ‘kitchen accommodated us all to be together when inside. The pool area had plenty of seating and the pool was the perfect size. The dock area provided fun fishing for the grandchildren. We saw dolphins go by every day-usually twice a day - some right under the dock. The beach was close by-it is walkable -probably a mile walk. Sharon was very helpful when we had to change our reservation due to COVID. We appreciated her working with us on that. We had a fantastic week and would definitely stay here again!

This house provides great views of the inner coastal. The open concept is spacious and abounds with natural light via the wall of glass doors. The pool was sufficient and the oversized water front dock was excellent for the kids to fish from. The house needs some cosmetic updates both inside and out. The shower door in Bedroom 1 is dangerous as the glass panels don't and dividing stop installed so the glass doors can sway into the recessed shower basin. It also is in need of some quality plastic dinner plates, dishes, bowls etc for both interior and exterior dining as everything was glass and porcelain. Both ovens were functional but took a real long time to cook the food. Ovens didn't maintain constant temperature. Our family called it the house that goes ''beep''. It seemed all the appliances loved to chirp and chime, especially the dryer. The home had lots of additional beach items on premise. Chairs, umbrellas, floats, fishing poles, etc. which was was a real nice perk. Overall it was a nice place for a Florida get away for four adults and 5 kids. The realty company was great to work with and the properties central location had everything you need just minutes away.

This was a family vacation. The house was very clean and stocked with all the necessary items in the bathrooms and kitchen. The heated pool is a huge plus. It is very close to the beach but not really walking distance. We will stay there again.

This was our 2nd stay in this home. We love vacationing here! Already talking of another stay next year. A problem came up about the AC and the vacation managers addressed it promptly and took good care of us. We would recommend this vacation rental to all!

My husband and I and 2 other couples stayed at this lovely home in late September and had a wonderful time! The house has a great layout with 3 large bedrooms with their own bathroom so we each had privacy. The kitchen is large and open to the living area and has everything you could possible need to cook any meal-all high end appliances. The outdoor space was incredible. Awesome pool and dock and daily dolphin sightings! One afternoon 6 or 7 swam right under the dock!
The house is located close to restaurants and shopping in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood and is central to Clearwater Beach and Madeira Beach.
We all hope to return next year.

Absolutely love staying at this home. This was our 2nd time staying here and it did not disappoint. Love the pool, being able to fish off the dock and the spacious kitchen.

Truly relaxing! Ideal spot for grandparents relaxing with their kids and grandkids. Everybody's favorite vacation location by far!

A beautifully located, well equipped bungalow, with a view as fine as any that we've had anywhere else in the world (with the daily dolphin show, and solitary manitee swim-by, being the highlights of its immense natural beauty)! The area surrounding is also charming, friendly, and of real character, with easy access - on foot - to the beach, some shops, and a fair few restaurants too. All in all, a perfect place to spend a week (and we'd have happily stayed there for a month... or two)!?

Our vacation rental experience was good for the most part. We had a few minor issues but management took care of them in a timely fashion.

This was the perfect location for a family vacation! We enjoyed time in the pool, and sitting out on the deck all while watching hundreds of boats go by! This location offers tons of amenities making the stay so very enjoyable!

What a great place! The view from the pool is fantastic. Dolphins were present every day for us to enjoy in the bay. The house was very clean and neat. It's located in a quiet community with the beach just a couple minutes away. Also, Clearwater is just 15 minutes up the road for surf shops and restaurants. Would love to stay again next May! We enjoyed our week at Sunrise Harbor. The house is extremely well maintained and well furnished. The view on the harbor is picturesque and worth seeing. Lots of dolphins and manatees everyday. We had a problem with the pool heater but it is likely fixed by now. All in all, a very nice place to stay.

We stay every year in this area. This house is great. We had a few hiccups in the beginning but the management team was awesome. The came right out to take care of the issues. The house has everything you need. We watched dolphins every morning and afternoon swim right by the house. The neighborhood is great. We walked everyday and felt safe. Quiet area. Backyard oasis. Definitely hoping to stay here next year!

We were at this property for a one-month stay. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the back patio overlooking the intracoastal watching the dolphins. The property is very nice and met our needs during our stay. The property management (Sharon and Ruth) were available and met the few issues that arose. The property is close to Indian Rocks Beach Restaurants as well as a quick drive over the bridge to grocery and drug stores. The neighbors we did meet were very friendly. If you are looking for a quiet relaxing vacation then this property is for you. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 518 Harbor.

Room for all. Home is well maintained. Lovely neighbors. Quiet street. Unpacked our bags and groceries. That is all you need to bring because everything else was provided. Close to restaurants and the beach.

Indian Rock Beach is a great location. You are close to the more populated locations to visit but nestled in a quiet location. The daughter wanted a "fishing trip" and this met all expectations. We got to see lots of dolphins & manatee. We caught and got in shark, catfish, crab, stingray, puffer, pin fish, lady fish and cobia with several breaking our line. The house met expectations and the staff was very helpful when needed.

Indian Rock Beach is a great location. You are close to the more populated locations to visit but nestled in a quiet location. The daughter wanted a "fishing trip" and this met all expectations. This house is gorgeously decorated with new furniture. The waterfront views are incredible and can be seen from the interior of the house as you cook or lounge inside! The pool and dock are a great way to relax while you keep an eye out for dolphins, manatees and stingrays. The location is perfect as it is a short drive to Clearwater and also an easy drive to make a day trip south to St. Pete. We also walked to Indian Rocks Beach one day which is an easy 1 mile walk each way from the house. I can't wait to come back to this gorgeous home!

This property was absolutely beautiful and relaxing! From meals on the patio to watching dolphins swim by the view is second to none! A short drive to the beach this property has it all! Definitely recommend to anyone who wants a relaxing stay!
