Located on the south end of IRB, the condo doesn't look like much on the outside. But the interior of the unit is all recently renovated - modern and bright. A small balcony overlooks the beach and is great for watching sunsets. Keep in mind that this unit is 2 floors up from the ground and can only be accessed by stairs (no elevator). The condo is within easy walking distance of several restaurants and bars as well as a drug store. The only negative was late in the week when a neighbor's AC unit started loudly vibrating the wall in the master bedroom, forcing us to sleep in the guest bedroom intead. Communication with the property manager was easy.

Beautiful large two bedroom, right on the beach, close to everything! Highly recommend!

YOU HAVE TO RETURN PARKING PASSES. Bc we were in Florida for my daughter’s wedding we were busy our first several days there. We didn’t read the welcome packet until after our other guests left with their rental car and a PARKING PASS. They have to be returned or you’re charged $50/pc! Wish this would’ve been more clear in the description. Of all the places our family rented, this was the nicest. There’s no pool, but you are steps from the beach. The condo is clean, has nice linens, comfortable beds, outdoor chairs and beach toys in storage area, and overall great esthetics. On a scale of 1-10, it’s a 10.

We had a wonderful time...keyless entry, beach equipment, storage unit, clean, updated, and quiet! You can walk to several restaurants across the road. Our favorite was JD's. We also had food delivered from Slyce. The views from the balcony were our favorite. They were absolutely magical! We loved the master bath with a huge walk-in shower and double sinks. It was very spa-like! We noticed noise above the master bedroom from what we believe was the heating/cooling unit. Because of this, we slept in the other room. However, we are light sleepers! The sliding door needs window treatments. Other than this, the condo is absolutely wonderful!

This was our first trip to this area and we really enjoyed it! This is one of the nicest condos we have ever stayed in. There are so many positives...being right on the beach, the view from the balcony, closeness to restaurants (definitely eat at the Italian restaurant across the street!), the quiet, and the private parking. The only down side is the four flights of stairs to get to the condo...we definitely got a workout moving in! And I have to give a shout-out to Sharon and Taylor at The Seaside Property Shoppe! They were so helpful and friendly!

This condo was absolutely wonderful. It is decorated beautifully, was spotless when we got there, had everything we needed for a great vacation, and the location was perfect. When they say “right on the beach” they aren’t exaggerating. It was mere steps from the building to the beautiful white sand. The view from the balcony is spectacular. The Indian Rocks Beach area is low key and quiet. We would definitely consider renting the exact same unit if we get the opportunity to go back to the area.

This is our second visit to the property and it did not disappoint. The condo is as described, updated modern interior, great beachfront location, and walking distance to several restaurants. We’ve already booked for next year.

The unit has been very nicely remodeled. We thought the location in Indian Rocks was a good one. The management was very nice and easy to work with. The one thing we did not like about the unit was the door in the Master Bathroom. It is a sliding barn door type that does not close. There is a large opening even when it is pulled the whole way. Otherwise we really liked the updates and cleanliness. We would definitely recommend to others.

We were very comfortable here. Spacious, up-to-date, very clean, easy beach access, gorgeous view. Convenient location to launch exploration of gulf beach areas.
(Not part of critique: Not a problem for us, but people who have trouble with stairs might have a hard time.)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect. The balcony view was beautiful. The amenities were great. The size of the condo was excellent.

This was our second time renting this condo. We had a wonderful time. Our only concern was with the master bathroom and kitchen. The cleaning of these two areas slipped. Hopefully this review will alert the cleaning staff that they need to concentrate more on these two areas. Otherwise, the location, beach and parking is exceptional.

We loved Indian Rocks Beach (1st timers) and we loved our condo. It was fresh, clean and spacious! The beach was pristine and not very crowded, which was fabulous. We highly recommend this condo in particular and definitely plan to come back :-)

Wonderful stay and great reprieve from Covid restrictions!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this property. The new updates and gorgeous decor made it especially nice. The view each morning from the outside terrace was breathtaking. We will definitely be back.

Had an awesome vacation at Sol Searching. Property was excellent, and had everything we needed. Location was quiet and a great place to unwind. Beds were very comfortable. Have already booked our vacation for next year!

It’s not if we’ll be back. It’s when. The view and daily walks on the beach were amazing. The condo was very clean and nicely done. JD’s, Crabby’s and Villa Gallace were all the restaurants we needed, all within two blocks. And we just missed the opening of VIP. Publix delivers groceries for $7.99 so no car is needed.
And thanks to the owner, and Sharon and her team for the king size bed delivery! It was super comfy.

We have rented for many, many years with VRBO. This condo was by far was the best we have ever stayed in. Many times what the pictures looks like and what you see when you arrive are not even close. The cleanliness of the condo, amenities, and beauty of the condo and the ocean view will be in our memories for ever. My husband has just had 5 surgeries since June and this vacation was absolutely what he needed
and was the first vacation that he truly relaxed and enjoyed. The rental agent was terrific to work with and cared about every detail. We will be renting this condo a lot over the next year. We hope the owner keeps this property as a rental and knows how much we appreciate renting a deluxe property.
