Landmark Towers #1508

This is a fantastic location and was our 4th two month winter stay in the condo. Great pool, great restaurants/bar across the street, and beautiful views of the gulf and sunsets. However, this year we found numerous minor problems on check-in. One of the blinds was broken and hanging cockeyed. Bathroom 1 had the toilet seat broken and the towel rack on the floor and the light not working properly, which has been a problem in previous years. Along with that we found the duvet. The master bedroom bed soiled and the extra blankets dirty as well. Management was quick to remedy those problems. This year the beach access walkway was closed for the entirety of our stay(luckily there is public beach access adjoining the property) and there was apparently some sporadic remodeling occurring in the condo just above which was quite noisy on some days. Obviously this was outside of management’s control. Those things account for our less then very satisfied rating for this property and I would recommend Seaside Properties to anyone.

We were very disappointed with the condo. The “updates” were done as cheaply as possible. Large appliances covered the counter tops and had to be moved to use the kitchen. Old cheap Teflon cookware shed Teflon flakes into the food so were unusable! You had to open the oven door in order to open the silverware drawer! There was no stove hood! The side view was for the most part a view of the building next door. The view out the kitchen window was of a blank wall in the hallway. We had to buy a foam pad for the bed in the second bedroom to make it usable. We have been coming south for March since 2006 and this ranks as one of the worst places we’ve ever stayed at.

Our 3rd year at this location, staying January and February. Beautiful views of both the beach and inter coastal waters! Very friendly residents. Loved the social atmosphere at the pool! This year, construction/remodeling of condo immediately above was disturbing with frequent jackhammering for 2 weeks. Elevators were frequent nuisance with at least one typically not working. View and convenient location overcome all negatives. We will return.
