We had a nice experience with this rental. Management was very responsive and pleasant throughout the entire process. Great location close to restaurants and beach. Water park was fun for the kids. We would stay here again.

We had an awesome time! This was our 4th visit to Harbourside and this condo was the nicest we have ever stayed in. We have never had a bad experience. You can’t go wrong!

We were very satisfied with the condo. It was very clean and quiet.

Very happy with this place: clean, bright, unit with beautiful water views, a very short walk to the beach across the street (no need to get in the car and look for parking). The decoration of the unit is tasteful and airy, beds are comfortable, there are chairs on the balcony and even some beach equipment (buggy chairs, toys) in the outdoor closet. There is a Publix 5 minutes away by car. Overall a great place for a family with young kids looking to kick back for a few days or more. The kids will love the adjoining water park too.

The only big drawback I would call out is the elevator. Clearly a building design flaw. The unit is on the 6th floor and there is only one painfully slow elevator for the 6th, 7th and 8th floor. It is constantly in use, whether by residents or maintenance personnel. The elevator appears to prioritize the 8th floor over the 7th, and 7th over 6th, so staying on 6th be prepared to wait for looooong minutes (3 to 5 was typical, but we had one particularly bad case when it took almost 10). Alternatively, carry all your stuff up and down the stairs: doable but tough on younger kids and older adults.

The layout of the condo was perfect plenty of room for 6 people to spread out. The balcony had great views of the inter-coastal and gulf. Plus the bonus of the sunrise and sunset. Short walk to the beach (3rd street access). Beach has white sand great for walking and shell collecting. Short walk to plenty of restaurants. Management company was great Taylor helped out right away when our nine year old locked us out. Bonus waterpark which was great for the kids.

We were very pleased with our stay in our recent trip! The condo was clean, stocked, and the management team was super easy to work with! The first night we were there we noticed a clog in a shower drain, but after contacting the managers, they promptly sent a repair man out the next day to quickly address the problem. We were thankful for their attentiveness and responsiveness to the issue! Super close to the beach and restaurants are within walking distance. We will stay here again in the future!

The condo we chose for our family get away was beautifully appointed ... had everything I needed to make great family dinners. The couches were comfy; I never slept so well as each bed had such high quality linens and a very comfortable mattress. Thank you to the rental agency for Harbourside. They were so responsive to any request, had great follow up and were extremely professional. The waterpark was perfect for our family. Our 2 year old learned to feel comfortable in the water and made so many friends. I would definitely do a return vacation at the same address.

The condo was great, clean, specious, nicely decorated, we loved to sit and eat breakfast in the balcony. Great views, and the most fun part was seeing dolphins swimming! Very entertaining, kids loved it. The waterpark was great, but crowded. So I would advise to go there early morning. Very short walk to the beach! Beach buggy, chairs, umbrella, cooler, toys comes with the unit.
restaurants around wasnt very great though, so we made breakfast in the unit, or used door dash for breakfast or lunch, it was surprisingly fast delivery every time we ordered something! For fine dining, we made reservations and drove to Clearwater or St Petes. There are many great places there with good food.
We had a great stay there, highly recommend!

everything was great. My only recommendation would be to only allow guest at the water park because it was crowded.

The condo was great. Very clean, had everything we needed and was very relaxing aside from the kids playing hopscotch in the unit above us. ‍♀️

We’ve been to Harbourside before and loved it. This time wasn’t any different just another great beautiful condo. View is amazing won’t disappoint and family that’s for sure

This condo accomodated our family of six well. It was a great location, parking was easy, the unit was clean & well equipped, and we especially loved the balcony! Only downside is that the check-in/out office is about 2 miles off-site.

Overall, satisfied with our stay. Nice, newly renovated condo. Condo was nicer than the property. Especially since the weather didnt cooperate, we were looking forward to the listed hot tub and spa whirlpool, both did not exist on the property. Wish we would have known prior to booking as that was on our wish list. Coffee maker did not work and had to purchase a hair dryer and be reimbursed by management office. Left our condo in cleaner conditions than when we arrived

Great location and short walk to the beach. We were pleasantly surprised to find some beach toys, beach chairs, umbrella and beach wagon in the closet! That was very handy!!

As an owner that rents beach property in North Florida I would like to see internet service (we had none during our entire stay); all electrical outlets need to be checked as plugs will not stay in most of them; need coasters in living room and something to put comforter on in the master bedroom to keep it off the floor. Other than that the property was great!
