Exceptional 4th floor condo offering fabulous views to the South and South west! Master suite offers a King size bed, Guest Room offers 2 Queen Beds and there is a pull out sofa in the living room. When you are not at the beach or splashing around the water park you can relax on the balcony and enjoy the expansive views.
The park is an all- year round of fun for children and adults: 2 large heated pools, a lazy river, water slides, kids splash area, and complete with a restaurant and a tiki bar. The charming town of Indian Rocks Beach offers extensive eateries all within walking distance. Stroll to dinner at The Original Crabby Bills, JD's Restaurant & Lounge, PJ's Oyster Bar, Slyce, Jakes Cantina, and Villa Gallace. Also within walking distance are the CVS, Chic-A-Si Park which features lighted bocce ball courts and the charming Indian Rocks Historical Museum for the history lovers! And lets not forget the beach!!! Gorgeous miles of sugar white sand and blue green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This unit has only 1 permitted parking space.

Our family of 4 had a great time. The adjacent water park and five minute walk to the beach was perfect for keeping our 4 and 2 year old occupied. There are a handful of restaurants within walking distance and a kitchen so you never have to leave.

Family and I had a great time at Seaside! Walking distance to to beach and great restaurants, so was nice for the family not to have to drive and park.

Perfect location with a peaceful bay-view balcony and a short walk to beach sunsets! CVS in walking distance and lots of great spots to eat nearby as well! Water park was great! Condo is absolutely beautiful, very clean and spacious. Only suggestion would be that the owner replace beach towels, some were a bit tattered....but we appreciated the fact that towels were provided none the less.
We really enjoyed this location and unit. It was perfect for our family of 5. The water park is small but our kids enjoyed at least an hour or two a day at the park and the rest of the day we loved the beach that was a short walk away. We really appreciated the beach wagon full of chairs and sand toys. There were quite a few restaurants within a short walking distance and all were good. It is a 20 min drive or trolley ride from both St. Pete's and Clearwater. We also did one day trip (45 min drive) to Busch Gardens which was a blast. There is also a grocery store about 5 min away so we stocked up on food for the week. The property manager was very responsive and helpful when any questions arose.
