Great get away and value with the Splash Harbour passes. Close to many seafood and other restraunts. We eqippped and wonderful view of the intercoastal waterway. We were able to see dolphins and manatee's from our balcony.

We had a great time! Within walking distance to the beach and good restaurants. The unit was super clean! Taylor and everyone at Seaside Property Shoppe was a joy to work with! Taylor actually went above and beyond helping us with our early morning departure.

This condo had everything I neededed for me and my grand children.seaside the vacation rental was easy to work with and very friendly. I would recommend that they put tv on wall mounts.

Thank you! Thank you! We were so impressed with our stay! We had just as much fun as the kids. The condo is perfectly equipped with everything we needed. The beach wagon and chairs made it very easy to cart all of our things back and forth to the beach. The staff was exceptionally attentive, even after our stay. Location was perfect, close to anything at all we needed. Surprisingly it was very quiet at night with all the hustle and bustle during the day. The Harbor view is gorgeous and very relaxing. The master bed squeak was annoying but not a deal breaker.

Our stay was perfect! It was myself, my mother and my 1.5 year son. This location was perfect for him and us. It is within walking distance to multiple great restaurants, bar/food onsite at the water park (top notch Rum Runners!), and it was CLEAN. The condo was clean and they keep the waterpark so clean as well. The staff at the waterpark is also so nice, welcoming, and helpful. The condo was great with the water view, full kitchen, two bathrooms/bedrooms, etc. The patio was safe for my son to run around (supervised) on and the condo was very "kid friendly". When we arrived the cleaning lady was taking extra care to make sure the unit was free from broken glass (previous renters) because she knew we were coming with a little one. Talk about caring! Highly recommend. We will be next year!

We really enjoyed this location and unit. It was perfect for our family of 5. The water park is small but our kids enjoyed at least an hour or two a day at the park and the rest of the day we loved the beach that was a short walk away. We really appreciated the beach wagon full of chairs and sand toys. There were quite a few restaurants within a short walking distance and all were good. It is a 20 min drive or trolley ride from both St. Pete's and Clearwater. We also did one day trip (45 min drive) to Busch Gardens which was a blast. There is also a grocery store about 5 min away so we stocked up on food for the week. The property manager was very responsive and helpful when any questions arose.

Our family of 4 had a great time. The adjacent water park and five minute walk to the beach was perfect for keeping our 4 and 2 year old occupied. There are a handful of restaurants within walking distance and a kitchen so you never have to leave.

Family and I had a great time at Seaside! Walking distance to to beach and great restaurants, so was nice for the family not to have to drive and park.

Perfect location with a peaceful bay-view balcony and a short walk to beach sunsets! CVS in walking distance and lots of great spots to eat nearby as well! Water park was great! Condo is absolutely beautiful, very clean and spacious. Only suggestion would be that the owner replace beach towels, some were a bit tattered....but we appreciated the fact that towels were provided none the less.
