This house was perfect. It is a cute ranch with an amazing sun porch. The rooms were nice and the beds were comfortable. The house had tons of dishes, kitchen items, small appliances, linens and beach supplies The walk to the beach is two blocks/3 min. Would 100% recommend.

Our third year going I love the location I wish they could put a larger tv in the living room the tv in the den area is very confusing to get to work over the internet we stayed two weeks and had to provide our own trash bags for the kitchen and bathroom other than that everything was excellent

Loved the sunroom. It was a perfect place to read, do yoga and crafts. I like the fact that it has a backyard so you have that option if the beach is windy. We saw dolphins almost every day.the kitchen is very well equipped.
This is our second time here and we have booked for next year.

The property was very clean, great location, enjoyed fishing off the dock in the bay, short walk to the beach and restaurants, quiet and enjoyable. The house was close to stores and restaurants, well stocked and clean. Everything worked as it should. We would stay again.

Our experience was awesome with Taylor at Seaside Properties. The house had everything we needed. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. We would walk up to Sandy's for breakfast a few mornings and walked up to Guppy's for dinner and the walk was only a couple blocks. Also walked to the beach to watch the sunset and it was a couple blocks as well. We were able to see dolphins while sitting on the dock in the back of the house. Just a great experience overall.

Nice house that is adequately equipped. Step out the back door for the bay and a short walk to the beach. Looking forward to going again next year.

The home is spacious and has a well equipped kitchen. Open area with seating for 6 at the kitchen table. Clean and plenty of nice towels. Bed was comfortable , sheets were nice as well as the pillows. Would stay there again.

We absolutely love this little house. This was our second time staying there. The location is perfect and there is plenty of space for our family of 6. Love love love it!

Vary nice place to stay. Plenty of room in a quiet neighborhood. We love the fishing off the dock. Only two block walk to the beach. Location is very close to the restaurants. The bedrooms were good size . The large kitchen and living area was very nice . Also the bathrooms were a little dated but antique. The only little negative was no towel holders for the hand towels in the bathroom. The lanai was spacious

I will start off by saying the house was clean & well stocked with towels & kitchen needs. The beautiful view you see in picture was not there. The owners boat was blocking most of it. Plus the owner family would come and get the boat and then bring it back. The bedrooms all look like they would be good for adults but the one with twins was very uncomfortable for my grown grandson. The mattresses in the other two bedrooms were very comfortable. Also the description said it was a four minute walk from house but didn't mention you had to cross a highway which is impossible for me.

We had a really good stay despite the weather. The home had a fabulous view over the back bay and was very conveniently situated. The home was extremely comfortable with plenty of space. An added bonus was tables in the main kitchen/lounge area and also a table in the room overlooking the bay which was great for breakfasts watching the sun come up. There are loads of nature preserves in very close proximity.

Arrived to find a clean and comfortable house, check in was a breeze and short distance away. Loved the location; short walk to beach with a great bay view, quiet neighborhood yet close to good restaurants, convenience stores, ice cream and bakery. Slept through most of the hurricane because the house is so solid. Nice location for local attractions yet out of the bustle of Clearwater. Reasonable drive to Tampa. The only small disappointment was some items, in all fairness, not listed but had been mentioned in earlier reviews. Bike tires didn't hold air long, one was plain flat, and the fin for the paddleboard was missing. Beach chairs, buggy and umbrella were great to have. All said, I would definitely rent again!

This property was just as described. It was clean, had nice use of space and all the kitchen products needed, pots, pans, salt, pepper and some essential spices. Beach chairs, beach wagon, soft cooler, boggie boards. You can fly in and have most everything you need. The floors are really quite lovely and the dock is wonderful. Mattress in master could use an update or rotation two sink holes on either side, but still comfortable. Seaside Property takes care of property which makes a big difference if you need something. Other VRBOs we have used in Indian Rocks in the past were owned by individuals in Canada, Michigan, Wisconsin, NC, you get the picture. Local property management is great. Really enjoyed our two weeks here.

This place had everything we needed - three bedrooms to fit six family members, plenty of lounging areas so we didn’t need to be on top of each other all the time, gaming systems for my teens, puzzles and games, a dock to go fishing and spot dolphins, a beach wagon, sand toys, and boogie boards for the beach, and bikes in multiple sizes. We loved the quiet neighborhood, the short walk to the beach, and the nearby restaurants. It was clean and everything was in good repair. The only things I would suggest are maybe upgrading the mattresses and providing one more cutting board. All in all, a great place to spend a relaxing vacation.

We had such an amazing experience. This house was our perfect home away from home for our family and young children. Every amenity and then some were provided. We walked to the beach and the parks every day. The local restaurants were delicious. And the staff was responsive and helpful with all of our questions. If you’re looking for a home away from home to turn off and relax this is the place for you!

Loved our February rental home in IRB. Perfect location that included canal view, quiet neighborhood, beach 2 blocks away. House was immaculate and very tastefully decorated. Very abundant supply of linens, dishes and glassware along with high end cookware. Property management was very responsive. Planning to return next year.

We absolutely love this place. It is located in a very very laid back area and on the inland waterway. It is not unusual to see dolphin families as you sit by the dock. The house is spacious, clean well kept. Seaside is always available to help and concerns are addressed very quickly. The each is a 3-5 minute walk away and a large park with tennis courts is in walking distance. A wide variety of restaurants are nearby. You can’t do better than this place. We love it.

This home was very cozy and perfect for my family vacation. I wouldve liked to seen the bathroom cleaner however. The shower walls had lots of soap scum same as the sliding doors in the main bathroom. There was also mold and mildew around the tracks of the door. I would say the only downside to the whole home is the porch it would be really nice if they treated the windows so the porch didnt get so hot and bright,!an awning Would work or a small pop-up gazebo but it was almost impossible to sit on the porch during the day it was so hot and bright.

We have stayed here every winter for many years. We love the location - about 4 minutes from the beach along. with the beautiful views along the Inland Waterway in the private back yard. The management company is quickly responsive to any issues. Indian Rocks is a very family friendly location with good restaurants and friendly residents. Its great for walking and bicycling and dog walking. The TV is great if you have an account with like Netflix, Amazon and such. Our only request, being seniors is to provide a working DVD player with a remote for subtitles. That aside, the house is in great shape and a home away from home.

Awesome place- so care free and easy to keep picked up with kids. Great place on the water in a nice neighborhood.

This home was very nicely equipped from high end cook ware to beach supplies. Communication was with property management was fast and easy. The location was just a couple of minutes walk to the beach and your own dock in the backyard to the inter-coastal. There are restaurants very close as well. I would definitely stay here again.

We just love our visits to this home. For years we have looked forward to our vacation in this lovely location. The home is in excellent general condition and very clean. It has a wonderful water view and lovely glassed in sun room. Our only recommendations would be to provide a greater selection of pots and pans for those of us who cook regularly and to replace the squeaky bed in the second bedroom as it was loud enough to regularly wake the baby. Otherwise it is a heavenly stay.

We love staying in Indian Rocks. It is truly a peaceful and friendly beach area. There are lots of restaurants and nightlife but overall the area is more laid back and peaceful than many beaches. One would hardly know Spring Breaaak was occurring here. Stage folks at Seaside are extremely helpful and respond to any problem very quickly. We have been returning here every year since our children were young and highly recommend it's family friendly ambience.

This is our favourite vacation spot. We love the location. Four minute walk to the beach. Fabulous inland waterway view. Quiet location. Close to all amenities. Great rental staff are always helpful. The home is all tile and very easy to maintain and pet friendly.

Love the property and location. A very quiet location only 4-5 minutes from the beach. The Seaside Property Management are excellent and prompt to help with any issues. We have stayed here for several years and we love it's features with minor exceptions. The DVD player has no remote so subtitles are not accessible for those who are hearing impaired and the leather couch is very uncomfortable. The property is well equipped with a lovely view of the inland waterway. We love our home away from home!
