this properties location and views were very good, the house is gorgeous and well equipped.
especially convenient was caddy bar and grill a short walk down the beach.and publix grocery store close by.
the only issues were poor water pressure in the kitchen, a leak in a bedroom, and issues closing both the front and rear doors. But would still recommend staying here, and would rent again.

We had a great time at the Kings Treasure location. The house was large with many activities and gave everyone room to hangout. We enjoyed the many amenities provided, especially the kayaks! The property location was perfect for access to the beach, shopping and even the emergency room!! The views to the ocean were amazing from both balconies and every window facing the beach. We enjoyed watching the dolphins and many beautiful sunsets! The property manager kept us informed of workers coming to the house and promptly responded to any needs or questions we had. Overall, this has been one of the best vacation rentals we have booked.

We had a great family vacation at this house. The beach was almost private for us. The beach front is only about 50 yards from the "no alcohol" sign so we were lucky and had a lot of fun! Everything was beautiful and clean. Also the covered pool was a plus for the kids to get out of the sun.

We had a great week at Kings Treasure! The pool and game room were big hits with our kids. We loved the spacious kitchen and family room, large master bedroom and spectacular views. The house was clean and provided everything we needed from beach towels and pool toys to a fully stocked kitchen.

House is in a great location nothing better than being directly on the beach. However the pics are very deceiving. When paying over 12K for a week I expect very high quality and clean. If I could attach pictures I would because I took a lot. Here are a few examples:
1.Carpeting in the top floor with the bedrooms is very worn and dirty-our socks were so dirty as we wore socks when in the bedrooms-I mean really dirty. My daughter tripped over the large rip in the carpet going into the primary bedroom.
2. First night there we ran 2 full loads of dishes to ensure they were clean. As we tried to eat our first meal that evening many of the plates and silverware had dried food on them! Gross!
3. Main floor bathroom shower door very dirty and pubic hair in the shower!
4. Drawers with utensils and silverware tray had food crumbs all over. I pull it out and wiped out the drawers and washed everything.
5. Items in the lower cupboards were a mess not organized
6. Left over OPEN items left in fridge-condiments, jelly, olives etc
7. Vertical Blinds in 2 nd bedroom on the top floor had missing slates in the blinds
8. Windows in the kitchen we’re so dirty on the outside
9. Bed Pillows were stained YELLOW - no pillow protectors on them
10. TVs did not operate properly
11. Air vent extremely dirty -so much dust.

I am not a high maintenance person but when you pay this kind of money I expect more!

I was charged $450.00 for cleaning fee on our reservation. After all the cleaning I did when we arrived they should pay ME.

This is our third time renting at this location. It is a great property and a superior rental agent! The communication and personal attention from the rental agent was great! So friendly and customer driven. They just want you to have a great vacation!
There are many great restaurants very near by that we really enjoyed like Shrimpies, Sea Dogs Brewing, Britts pizza, Sloppy Joes and Buba Gumps We went shopping at the pavilion at John’s Pass as well as Tyrone Mall.
The home is in a very desirable location and the beach is one you will not forget. We enjoyed the pool as well as the gulf waters. We enjoyed using the many extras supplied by the property owners such as kayaks, beach games, chairs, umbrella, bikes and so much more.
While swimming, we got to see dolphins almost every day and even a manatee came close and thrilled us with its presence.
It was truly a great vacation for all 8 of us.

Overall we had a wonderful stay. There were six adults and five children. The home had everything we needed especially all the games for the children to play. Everyone loved the Pac-Man Arcade. Corn hole and ladder ball was another big success. Hours of entertainment were provided with all the games and toys that were available. This was greatly appreciated. The location on the beach was wonderful and so convenient. Home was very clean and beds comfortable. Views were stunning especially the sunsets every night. Having 2 washers and dryers were very helpful and 2 refrigerators and grills were a big plus. Beach chairs and toys were more than enough. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything you needed.
Taylor responded quickly when called regarding no gas in propane tanks or clogged shower drain upon arrival in 2nd floor bathroom. Baby items were great to use. One suggestion would be to have a drying rack for clothes that do not go in dryer. Also house was in great condition but 1st level flooring needs attention. Also we would have loved a bathroom on first floor so you do not have to go to 2nd floor from the pool area to use it. But we quickly adapted to it. We would love to rent this house again next year! There were 12 of us and we had a fantastic time here. Sharon and Taylor the property managers were awesome to deal with. There were a couple issues that needed attention, nothing serious and they immediately got back to me. The house is over the top. Lots of room for everyone. Beds are comfy. The master bedroom is so awesome! The kitchen is well stocked for cooking. There is a blackstone, charcoal grill and gas grill down by the pool It has everything for the beach and pool. 2 dish washers, 2 clothes washers and dryers. Amazing! Would love to return.

Beautiful home and well-designed. We rented it for a week and had our family join us, daughter, son/girlfriend, and other son's family(wife and 2 children). It has rooms for time by yourself and a very nice open common area where we could all enjoy each others company. Right on the beach it was so convenient with the children to stay on the beach as long as we wanted and then just come back to the house. My wife and I started each day on the balcony overlooking the beach and just enjoying a cup of coffee. We also ended the day on the same balcony watching the sunset.

It looks just like the pictures! Beautifully decorated home. Comfortable beds and great showers. The master bedroom views are stunning!!! The kids loved the pool and there were lots of pool toys. The beach is fab9!

We stayed Feb 6th to Feb 12th, 2022. The house, the view was amazing and only a short walk to the beach. Only down fall was the construction that is right next door. Good thing is they only worked from 7 am to 3 pm. We got to enjoy our evenings, with peace and quiet. We loved the big screen for movies. The pool was cold, the property manager soon after I contacted them had someone come over to it turn up. Overall, we loved the house, the location and the room it had to accommodate 6 adults and 5 children.

It was a lovely week for my friends and myself. The house was just as lovely as it looked in the pictures and then some. All the amenities you could ever ask for.

This was a wonderful property that was even better than described. Everything from the bed linens to the kitchen equipment was top notch and the best I've ever experienced in a home rental. Can't wait to visit Kings Treasure again soon!

Nice home on the beach.
The fishbowl room is really not conducive to adults sleeping.
Unfortunately there was a construction site next door that was loud and annoying.

The King's Treasure was also the Queen's Treasure! The home is more than fabulous! We only drove our rental car to and from the airport! The location is fantastic and within walking distance to stores, restaurants, etc. The amenities abound with 2 kayak's, high chair, pack n play, life jackets, sand castle buckets and shovels and the list goes on! They even have 100's of DVD's and games to play! The King's Treasure is definitely worth the price! We would love to rent it again!

I knew going into this beach house ( Kings Treasure) it would be picture perfect ...I can say this because last year we rented a beach house from Seaside property .the realtors are perfection and always a phone call away if needed.. the house was awesome.. comfortable , spacious , well equipped for all your needs. We celebrated a 70th birthday / anniversary .. a lot of restaurants / Publix close by ..life is short. Book it. Or view all of Seaside properties .. you can not go wrong. .. we will be renting a different one next year ..

This is the kind of home you dream of living in!! It was absolutely beautiful inside and out! The views were spectacular, beautiful sunsets...we could have stayed a month and still not have found all there was to do there. The house was very clean and we would love to come back and stay. The pool was perfect but you could spend hours in the warm water which was mostly calm if you have little ones. You pretty much have the beach to yourself. Help was a text away if you needed anything. The kitchen was well stocked. Best restaurants were Middle Grounds and Snappers. Best breakfast..head to the frog pond. But sitting on the balcony with your morning coffee watching the dolphins swim by was my favorite. You won’t go wrong if you choose this property!!!

This house is great and packed with all the essentials you could want. A couple umbrellas were super old so I would recommend bringing one but I was Impressed with how much they had their. You could literally fly there and have what you need. The cable went out bur the management company communicated with the provider and had it fixed quickly. Excellent communication the entire time. The pool is great and my son loved it! I would Absolutely rent this house again next summer.

Had great communication with the landlord. However, when we asked for help with one shower only putting out cold water the whole week, nothing was ever done to fix the problem. Other than that, the house was as described.

We loved the house. The bedrooms are huge. We especially loved the game room. Ms. Pac-Man sort of kicked our butts but it was a hoot. The pool is small but it's warm and fun. We spent a lot of time on the beach and there are bars within easy walking distance.

This is an absolutely stunning home. We loved the access to the beach, the well stocked kitchen, and entertainment to do while in the house. We had a great time and loved the location. It is on a busy street so there was not a secluded feel, but this did not bug us at all. The beach was gorgeous! We were here during Tropical Storm Eta, and the management company called us to make sure we were okay and were informed about it, and addressed a few concerns quickly after we reported some damage.

Great house with upscale amenities on the inside. Kitchen cookware is excellent. Appliances are top end. Beds and furniture are very comfortable. Pool/ rec area is a great place to hang out but plenty of beautiful alcoves with an ocean view for personal relaxation. Property Manager was excellent!

The property is not high end. The pool is a joke (small, dirty, and underneath the overhang in the back yard), the BBQ was super dirty, and needs to be replaced, and the shag carpet in a beach house is surely not ideal...not to mention the fire alarm going off in the house every night,

This rental is best for families with kids, as its right on the beach. But, don't expect to be staying in a high end property.

We had 5 college age boys and 5 adults and we had an amazing time. The house was spacious giving everyone one space to relax. The game room was a huge hit for the boys.. Beach, Pool time and sunshine what more could you ask for

AMAZING! Family from Minnesota stayed for 9 days. Everyone from 82 year old great grandma to 5 year old had a wonderful time. The home was exactly as described, comfortable and spotless. The manager was very helpful and available for questions. The welcome flowers, treats and local information were a nice surprise. Home was located close to everything we needed.
The view was incredible! We loved watching the sunsets and dolphins, walking on the beach, looking for seashells, building sand castles, flying kites, some swimming and shopping. The extra items like the beach chairs, bikes, kayaks and sand toys were very appreciated. We enjoyed cooking on the grill and in the kitchen. There was enough room for us to all enjoy meals together and family time. The bedrooms were big enough to have some quiet time and the beds were very comfortable. The entire stay was far above our expectations.
The only bad thing we can say is that it was VERY hard to leave...hopefully we can make this trip again and this is definitely where we would choose to stay!

We loved The Kings Treasure! It was right on the beach, it was perfect. The beach was uncrowded and very clean. The swimming pool was small, but very nice! There was plenty of room for our family to spread out. The game room, especially the pool table was very popular during the terrible hurricane type storms! I really can't say enough about the location. The grocery store is a quick drive, and plenty of nice restaurants nearby! The interior of the home was beautiful, right out of a magazine! The beds were all comfortable. The master bathroom with a gorgeous view from the huge tub was very popular with the kids! The property manager, Sharon was outstanding, always available and very nice! We absolutely would rent this house again. You won't be disappointed!

We certainly found one of Florida’s best kept secrets! King’s Treasure in Treasure Island was an amazing vacation home! The property manager was so incredibly friendly and helpful! She took time to make sure we had everything we needed, All the comforts of home plus some luxuries were provided. This beautiful home had so many amenities. All you need to bring are clothes and food! Beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, kayaks, bikes etc. are provided. The covered pool area was amazing when we wanted to relax in the shade. Entertainment activities like pool, foosball, ping pong, chess, pac man, and movies galore gave our teenagers plenty to do! The views were breathtaking and you could relax by enjoying the massage chair, jetted tub, or working out on the exercise equipment if that is your preference. The house is beachfront and just a short walk from the gorgeous gulf water! We had lots of privacy and truly the most relaxing vacation ever! We highly recommend this property! The only issue was that we couldn’t stay longer!

Beautiful beachside home. Had everything we needed. The pool and outdoor patio area are great. We liked that the pool and some of the patio area was more shaded by the house/patio overhead, so our little kids could be out of the direct sun, but still be swimming and playing outside. Then open the gate, and you are walking out on the beach.
There were 11 of us, 6 adults and 5 children, and the house was more room than needed. Loved the open floor plan on the main level with the kitchen, living room and dining room all completely open and flowed together. Perfect for the adults and the kids. The master suite on the upper level, is amazing!
We saw dolphins from the deck almost everyday.
The location, the house, the area was perfect.
Publix grocery about 1/2 mile away, convenience store just down a couple blocks.
Great eating places close by.
Sharon was incredible to work with, so helpful if there was any questions.
This is a great Family vacation place!

The beach wasn't super busy as the house is located at the end of the hotel strip.

the pictures do not do this property justice - way better in person... beach is close enough and far enough away which was just right... ppl are not in your backyard....

The house is large and setup in a way to give everyone lots of space. 7 beds in all, I'm counting a bed on the main floor that was more like a day bed with a trundle underneath... so 8 to be technical.

To pool was a huge hit, having the beach - the pool all right there was perfect. It was small but perfect for my 4 kids - to just fool around.

The house hand almost every comfort of home in terms of stuff you would need which was nice. kayaks to beach chairs were great.

I was pleased the house meet my expectation as spending this kind of cash on a home you need to feel confident, I was 100%

I would recomend this house to anyone that wants an amazing vacation / get away - we had zero agenda, so getting use out of the house was worth every penny.

You will not be disappointed when renting this home. We came with 6 adults and 2 toddlers. Plenty of room for everyone and very safe for the kids. We really enjoyed our stay. The house has everything you need and more. The ad doesn’t list many things that are included. You do not have to bring anything except for clothes and food. Tons of beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc. the kayaks and the 3 beach bikes are very fun to cruise around. Ruth was very prompt with answering any questions we had. Every room has DVD players and cable with premium channels. There is also a big projector that works great. Tons of indoor activities like board games, pool, ping pong if the weather is poor. The master bedroom is amazing. Can’t think of anything we didn’t like about this house and we have rented many in the past. This one is by far our favorite! We will be returning.

WOW! Upon arrival the place was spotless and beautiful! We have rented from Seaside Property Shoppe before and will continue. This was our 4th home we have rented from them and we have one more to try! (Mermaid Lair) Sharon is wonderful and all were always available for anything if needed.This home had every posssible imaginable thing every beach vacationer would want.Gorgeous heated pool, complete game room with exercise equipment,all surrounded throughout the house with the gorgeous Gulf views! This was our first trip to SW Florida. We truly enjoyed the home and the beach was beautiful. Everyone from shops to restaurants were very friendly and helpful. Loved exploring the area. As an fyi the TV in the main room was a little difficult to figure out - if my son didn't have a ROKU app I don't think we would have been able to watch TV.
